As soon as my husband and I saw this house,we fell in love with it. Views of the ocean and views of the sound and park preserve are fantastic.

What makes this house unique

Sunrises and sunsets are the best on the Outer Banks on our porches and perhaps anywhere in the states. The beach is uncrowded and the wildlife is abundant, both in the ocean and the Nature Preserve to the west.

Weekly Rental Rate + $115 Admin Fee + Taxes are all that is Required. EITHER a $70 non-refundable Damage Protection Insurance OR A FULLY REFUNDABLE $350 security deposit is required, YOUR choice. A pet fee of $100 is collected if a pet travels with you. NO OTHER FEES ARE REQUIRED. Sheets with beds made and Towels provided, maybe rented for $149. Optional Travel Insurance maybe purchased.

If reserving for this year, 50% is due within 2 days of reservation and balance due 30 days from check-in.
If reserving for next year's use: 10% is due within 5 days of reservation, 40% is due by November 1 of current year and remaining 50% is due prior to 30 Days of check-in.
