Welcome to Sea Cabin 346, a fantastic, oceanfront, 1 BR condo. It is perfect for 2, located on the 3rd/top floor, second from the end of building C. The Sea Cabin complex is just steps away from the wide, gently sloping beach. It has a community pool, kiddie pool, and access to a private 700 ft.lighted fishing pier. Bathrooms and a coin operated laundry room are located in the pool house. There are community charcoal grills and bike racks available, as well as outdoor showers near beach accesses, and foot showers at the bottom of each stairway. It is within walking distance of a number of restaurants, shops, island night life, and a County Park. You can truly park your car in our private off-street parking lot and walk everywhere if you wish. There is a Post Office, ABC store, ATM, marina for boating or booking excursions, and 2 golf courses on the island. Head into historic Charleston, or visit a plantation. Try Cape Romain Wildlife Refuge or Bulls Island if you are adventurous and feel like exploring.

Our condo offers spectacular ocean views right from the living room/kitchen area, or from the private balcony off of the living room, where you can also enjoy the ocean breezes and sound of the waves lapping the beach. Thrill to the sight of a flock of pelicans seemingly soaring right at you, and then at the last minute, swooping up and over the building. Bring your binoculars! You can even spot dolphins swimming off shore with the naked eye. Shrimp boats, cargo, and cruise ships can be seen in the distance. Be sure to wake up early at least once to catch a breath taking sunrise! If you are lucky you might also catch a full moon rising over the pier. There is an unobstructed view of the pier, shoreline, beach, and pool. Look out the bedroom window, front door, or just hang out on the front walk-way for awe-inspiring sunsets. The view encompasses IOP towards Breach Inlet, Sullivan's Island, Sullivan's Lighthouse, and the shipping channel into Charleston Harbor. On a clear day you can even see Morris Lighthouse.

Our love of the area and its people, and our desire to make this our HOME away from home, has inspired us to pay close attention to details. The result is a Sea Cabin that is very comfortable, cozy, well maintained and immaculately cleaned,with all the comforts and personal touches of home. It is nicely decorated in a beachy motif with local art work and owner's photography. Although this condo is only 490 sq. ft., it is laid out to practically use every inch. It has one bedroom with a queen size bed and a new 26in wall-mounted flat-screen TV. There is an ample sized closet with hangers provided, a 3 drawer dresser with mirror, and alarm-clock-radio. There is one full bathroom, and one bunk bed in the hallway. The hallway opens up into the main living area, a galley kitchen with a breakfast bar separating it from the living room. The kitchen was recently completely remodeled with all new upgraded appliances, cabinets and quartz counter tops. It is very well equipped with anything and everything you will need to have a few home cooked meals and enjoy the view at the same time. If you would rather dine out, check out our collection of menus, maps, and brochures in the TV stand drawers to select from the many fine restaurants in the area. The living room is furnished with comfort and versatility in mind. It has a sofa (not a sleeper) and 2 upholstered swivel rockers to comfortably take in the view, watch TV, or read. Continue out the screened sliding door to the private balcony. There are hooks on the side walls to hang wet bathing suits, and a table with 4 chairs to enjoy outdoor dining. We tried to think of everything that 2 people might want to enjoy a cozy, relaxing vacation..

Linens and towels are initially provided, but bring your own beach towels. The bed is made up for your arrival, and departure cleaning is provided. COME SEE WHY WE LOVE IT HERE!!
