About Beth Crunelle
Owners are a small family of 4 and live right across the bridge in Mt Pleasant. They wanted to have a place for out of town family to stay and offer it for others to enjoy when it is available. They're thrilled to have you!
Beth Crunelle purchased this Condo in 2014
Why Beth Crunelle chose Isle of Palms
We love this complex in particular because, although there are several rental units, there are folks who live here full time. It is well maintained by our management company as well as the year-round residents who all take great pride in the property. Each unit is individually owned and we manage our own so we can offer a personal touch to your accommodations. We really do treat our place as our guest suite - and we will treat you as our guest as well. We want you to feel welcome and comfortable. The Isle of Palms is a wonderful beach destination that is unlike any other. There is an interesting mix of building styles that date back to way before Hurricane Hugo came through and devastated the island in 1989. We like the mix of old and new, and we LOVE that it is not as commercial as it is on other parts of the coast. The food on the island is some of the best in Charleston so while you might want to venture into the City for sightseeing and shopping, you can find a great meal right here on the island every night of your stay, many within walking distance.
What makes this Condo unique
You don't have to drive anywhere - you can hang up your keys when you arrive and never move your car until it's time to go home. You will find great food everywhere around you - pizza, seafood, burgers, gourmet, bar food, you name it. The best breakfast spots on the island (where the locals eat) are just a 3-minute walk. It's almost like being at a B&B except that you probably won't go to breakfast in your robe.....not that you couldn't, mind you....some go in their beach cover up, so hey....why not??
100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
Clean, convenient, pet friendly (but not pet smelly). Other than leaving to play golf, we could walk everywhere we needed to go—grocery store, restaurants, beach, ice cream, etc. Beth, the property manager was great! This spot is definitely a do-again!!
June 2019 IOP Anniversary Trip
This was the perfect spot for our trip. Ample space for 2 and our dog considering its a studio. Clean, excellent location walkable to several great restaurants, and of course the beach. Beth is a wonderful host as well!
Clean and close to the beach
Our stay was wonderful. Check in and out went smoothly. Close to the beach and the beach cart made it easy to get the chairs that were provided to the beach. Papi’s, Acme and The Dingy were our favorite places to eat. We used the pool on hot days it was nice to have. The kitchen had everything you could need. In other reviews people rave about the bed so we were curious, well let’s just say it’s the best sleep I’ve ever had on vacation. It’s so nice my friend wants to get one for herself. Beth is takes pride in this unit with quality care. We would stay here again. I highly recommend staying here.
Memorial Day Getaway!
This was the perfect little studio for a long weekend getaway. Short walk to the beach every morning and as well the coffee shop just right around the corner! Beth was so responsive and accommodating, I am already recommending it to my friends and family!
Convenient, clean, close to beach & restaurants. Great place for 2 people
Everything we needed
This property had everything we needed all wrapped up and a nice and tidy package. Bed was really comfortable, shower/tub was spacious and shower head was high (toilet was small, but on the list for renovation so it may not be small any more), didn’t use the kitchen at all, but everything was flawless. No issues checking in or out. They had all kinds of beach stuff, a kite which we used, and awesome beach cart and chairs. We wanted for nothing.
The cherry on the top was this adorable cafe steps away from the door. Cafe Paname, ate there for breakfast everyday we were there. Loved it. Definitely eat at Acme, about a block away, I had the Holy Hash, corned beef, potatoes, and eggs that were absolutely next level. Everywhere we went there was pimiento cheese, this town is obsessed with it. Ruined the cheese grits with it, but that was the only downer. 😂
Perfect love nest for two. It was really quiet while we were there. Couldn’t ask for a better stay.
