This is the 6th home we've listed with HomeAway over the past 7 years. I am the owner of Desert Summit Properties, LLC. In addition to our vacation rentals, we own and manage regular single family homes, a hotel in Colorado and are entering the multi-family (apartment) business this year. Prior to starting this company 17 years ago, I was a Regional Manager for Marriott Hotels. I feel the experience I gained there has enabled me to properly take care of our guests. Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
