Welcome to our family condo at Bellamar at Beachwalk, Fort Myers, Central Gulf Coast, Florida (five miles to beaches and ten miles to SW Florida International Airport, Sanibel/Captiva Islands are 20 mins away).

This is your very comfortable home away from home! Our Condo is an end unit top floor affording great privacy and overlooks a conservation woodland. Amenities include a clubhouse with pool and spa and a lighted fountain. Bellamar is just twenty minutes from the beach and is within walking distance of shopping and dining. The condo is well-maintained in a gated community with a heated pool, jacuzzi, fitness center and clubhouse. It is conveniently located only minutes away from sun-drenched tranquil gulf beaches, Sanibel/Captiva Islands, restaurants, shopping, golf courses - all the best the Florida Gulf Coast has to offer. The Kitchen is fully-equipped for your every need. There is a separate closet for the washer, dryer and ironing board along with a small pantry. Beach towels, beach mats and beach bags are provided. The vaulted-ceiling great room (Dining area and Living Room) is tastefully decorated. The Dining area includes a dining table seating six-eight people very comfortably. The Living Room is fully equipped with comfortable sofas and an HDV television and Music Center.

The bedrooms are also very tastefully decorated and complete sets of linens and towels are provided. The Master Bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom with his and hers wash basins. There is a television in the bedroom and an alarm clock. There is a walk in closet off the Master Bedroom as well.

The second bedroom has two twin beds, wardrobe cubpoards and an interconnecting door to the second full bathroom. There is also a television in the bedroom.

The third bedroom has two twin beds and a large wardrobe closet.

The Lanai is screened in and has a bistro table with chairs for enjoying your morning coffee, sunset meal or to just read a good book.

There is parking for two cars, one in the garage and one on the driveway private to the condo.

There is a Gas BBQ Grill in the garage as well.

Activities to suit all ages are abound within the vicinity of our condo. Famously there is Shelling on Sanibel and Capitava (hence the Sanible 'stoop' as you see people bending down to pick up the exquisite sea shells). The Ding Darling Reserve is a must as well and regular tours are available all year round. Another historic site are the Edison and Ford Estates which also house the enormous Mangrove trees. Other activities include the Barbara Mann Performing Arts Center, Fleamasters Flea Market and for shopping of course, the Tanger, Miromar and Bell Tower Malls including Fresh Market Stores. Naples is 45 minutes away - another beautiful city to visit during one's stay.

Narinder and I live in Boston and visit our second home whenever we can. Fort Myers affords us the tranquility that we lack in a busy city like Boston. Over the years, we have formed many friendships and our neighbors in the vicinty are very friendly and look out for each other's properties. Although Fort Myers lacks the commercialism of the east coast of the pan handle, there is still plenty to occupy yourselves. Beaches, hiking areas, museums, shopping are all within easy distance and we have never encountred any traffic snarls - EVER!

Why Api Ahluwalia chose Beachwalk Isles

We are fortunate in being able to visit Fort Myers frequently. The old town is very quaint and marries well with the new buildings that are arising. Miami is a leisurely three-hour drive away so if you are looking for a few days of fun, that is the place to go. There is a ferry from Fort Myers that sails to the Keys as well (about three hours) - another destination to travel to very easily. Naples and Marco Island are an easy 45 minute ride away so you are never confined to one place only. Our local barista is 10 minutes walk from our codo - there we can take in the local scene while sipping coffee and enjoying their home made pastries. This is an excellent way to get to the local people and make friends.

What makes this condo unique

Our condo is very tastefully decorated and although we have kept the furnishings to a minimum to avoid clutter, it is very comfortable and very easy to clean. It is within walking distance to our local coffee barista where one can enjoy a croissant and take in the local scene. People are very friendly. The swimming pool is extremely well-maintained and is heated. The Clubhouse and its amenities are three minutes walking distance from the condo.

Our Condo Association takes great pride in the upkeep of the homes in the community and the Board memebrs are very professional and trustworthy. We are kept well informed of all developments throughout the year.

Our Condo is also maintained on a regular monthly basis.

The condo is everything as described and the people here are extremely

friendly. The owners are very easy to deal with and the complex is very well maintained. This unit has a garage which is a nice bonus. I would recommend

Lives Up To It's Description!

We, my husband and teenage son and, spent a very relaxing time at this airy condo. We noted that the pictures are a true discription of what the condo actually looks like. The condo was clean, and well equipped with everything you need for a short stay. It is a lovely and bright environment that feels like a home away from home. The location is great as it is close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The owners were prompt in answering any questions we had. The most important thing is that the owners are prompt to respond and the condo is a true reflection of the pictures . We have stayed in places that have not lived up to their photographs. We have not hesitated to return to this condo, in fact we have stayed at the condo several times since 2007! I have recommended it to friends, and if you are thinking of renting, I strongly recommend this unit and enjoy a worry free vacation.

Plenty to do and and every thing is so convenient. People at the complex were

Great condo location

My husband and I just spent a very relaxing month at this condo. We noted that the pictures are a true discription of what the condo actually looks like. The condo was clean, and well equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The location is great as it is close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. We had several interactions with the owner, Apii, who was very accommodating and very quick in answering any questions we had. Upon our arrival, we discovered the b-b-q was out of propane, the owner promptly replied to our e-mail and asked for us to purchase cylinders and she would reimburse the cost; she promptly reimbursed us as indicated. We have rented for the pass several years, and can honestly say this was our best rental. The most important thing is the owners are very accommodating and our damaged deposit was reimbursed two days after our departure. We would not hesitate to re-rent this condo (we are purchasing our own). If you are thinking of renting I strongly recommend this unit and enjoy a worry free vacation. P.S. The neighbours are great and very friendly. Thanks Api for the great condo rental.

This was our third year staying at this condo. The condo is spacious, very clean, quiet and comfortable. Perfect location - close to grocery stores, shopping and great restaurants. We enjoyed the heated pool and the people in the condo community are so kind. We will definitely be coming back.

Stays in April and June in 2011 and previous years

Immaculate accommodations with easy access to Fort Meyer attractions and several shopping areas close by. Our family of four has stayed at this location for several years for up to a week. All attractions are an easy drive away and the rooms and amenities were always perfect. Appliances work well and the kitchen is stocked with all the essential utensils, dishes, ... and then some to cook meals at home. The pool/fitness center was always a welcome plus for the times weather interfered with an outing.

The owners have contact numbers for a helpful neighbor in case a need arises or a question has to be answered about the accommodations. Owners manuals are also stored on-site if you want to figure out things yourself! The place is tastefully decorated while providing plenty of room for you to stretch out. There is an enclosed balcony which we could have used but were out at the beach most times.

No need to carry the usual beach supplies since there are plenty stored in the basement garage. The air conditioning and heating as well as water heater maintain comfortable conditions and the washing machine/dryer were in good order too.

Within walking distance is a friendly Publix for supplies and a Super Target a very short drive or healthy walk away for whatever you forget. Not overdeveloped or congested but if you have a taste for all the malls and shopping centers, they are within 5 to 10 miles. Fort Myers is still growing but a family friendly city we found! Edison's winter home, Sanibel Island, minor league baseball - lots to do.
