Very enjoyable stay
Property had lots of charm. It fit our needs perfectly. I would definitely stay here again.
Classy older home in a great location
This house was in a perfect place for us and was convenient to get in and out of the city. We attended the Yacht Show and it was perfect. The rooms were homey and there was free coffee and all the kitchen equipment needed to prepare and consume meals. The house was largely well maintained and warm.
Several grocery stores are nearby and the neighborhood was safe. The off-street parking is a huge plus.
Bottom line: I would definitely stay here again!
Depending on the wind direction, the house sits near the approach/take off path for SeaTac but the noise was minimal. You can also hear trains down in the port from time to time but it was not too bad.
Streets are narrow and I am glad I did not bring my F250 pickup. If you have a car then no worries!
Comfortable home in a convenient location. Would be happy to stay here again.
Very lovely and comfortable home. Especially liked the empty shelves in the kitchen! First place (of about a dozen) we’ve stayed that had a place to put groceries. Location was convenient!
Awesome, comfortable house
This was a great house for us to stay in. Everything was perfect and we really have no complaints (which is rare for short term rentals these days). The check-in was easy. We arrived late in the night, and there was no hassle of setting up a time and meeting with a greeter which is always unnecessary. The keys were in a lockbox on the rear. Inside, the house was already nice and warm. The house was spotless and the the linen etc. were clean. There were plenty of pillows, cushions, towels and toiletries. Both bedrooms are cozy and beds are VERY comfortable. It was nice to have 2 full baths upstairs and another half bath downstairs. The kitchen was fully stocked with all kinds of appliances and cook ware with ample plates, cups, glasses etc. There is also a full size washer and dryer which were super useful to us. There is nice backyard which my son played in and also a grill which we planned on using but didn't due to timing.
Many houses we have stayed in usually have spotty and slow wifi since the owners usually get the cheapest plans. Not here. It was fast, and worked in every corner of the house including bathrooms ;) TV service was fine too.
The only minor suggestion we have is that the shower head in the smaller bath (tub) upstairs is old and water comes out in "clumps". It should probably be replaced.
The location is very convenient - not too far from airport or downtown. We saw a lot of homeless people on Ranier Ave but that sadly seems to be common all over Seattle now due to gentrification. The house is on a hill so you get nice views of parts of downtown from upstairs. We had a rental car and parking was easy on the rear of the property.
The owner (Joe) and prop manager (Nuri) were very responsive before our stay started. We never had to contact them during or after our stay since everything was so perfect.
Go ahead and stay at this house. You won't be disappointed. Thanks!
Loved it! Clean and located in a quite neighboorhood.
Loved this home! Very clean and equipped with all the basic necessities. Neighboorhood is very quiet but minutes away from Century Link and Safeco Fields. Had no issues and would definitely stay again.
