Home away from home!

We had a 9 day length of stay so it was wonderful to have all the comforts of home. We especially enjoyed the kitchen and fire pit. It was also great to be secluded at the end of the road and Bentley to greet you! It’s a place we will never forget ❤️

Peaceful Getaway

I enjoyed my time at the ranch and valued the great communication from the owner. Everything was as a expected and the house was cozy and clean. The horses just outside the bedroom window was an added bonus!

Perfect house for a family retreat!

Three seniors, one young couple and a 10-month-old infant had more than enough room to spread out, relax, decompress, pet horses, dogs and cats, feed chickens, hike, converse with lovely Nancy, and generally soak in the rural Colorado ambiance of Eagle River Ranch. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

Best vacation rental ever! Lovely, well-stocked home; access to thousands of acres for hiking; private riverfront with awesome fire pit; super congenial owner!
