Boston

It could have been cleaned better when we arrived it smelled of trash which I think was the garbage disposal which we took care of by running hot water and soap light bulbs needed to be replaced only one towel in kitchen no paper towels having to unplug or turn off things to run other things was a bit tiresome i feel it just needs a little attention. Also washer and dryer does not work properly took hours to dry, we packed light thinking we had a washer and dryer in working order. I received a text wanting to know when we would be out because repairs needed to be done. We have stayed in many houses in different places and they have always been what they said but we felt this one fell short.

Great Stay!

  • 5 of 5

Property was just as advertised. We had not issue checking in an checking out. The location was great for what we wanted to do. Easy walking distance to Boston Commons and Freedom Trail. A little farther that I anticipated to Fenway, but once we got the train figured out it was a 10 min trip from door to door. There was a convenient parking garage located about a block away. That was nice because there is no on street parking available. However, I will say that the cost was higher than we expected a $33 a night. We were willing to pay for 3 nights rather that find other arrangement further away, but could get expensive if you are staying longer. Back deck was nice, despite the fact that we really did not have a chance to use it since we were on the go most of the time. Lots of nice restaurants in the area, fewer choices for kids and if on a tight budget though. The apartment was perfect for what we needed.

Great property, great location

  • 5 of 5

This is a great rental. Very clean, well appointed and quiet considering the urban location. Close to public transportation and walking distance to a nice grocery (Star) and restaurants. Owner is responsive to any requests but stays out of your way. Would definitely rent again.

Brilliant

  • 5 of 5

Perfect location in downtown Boston. Clean, well maintained, perfectly equipped. A lot of information to find your way around (restaurands, supermarkets, transportation) can be found in the apartement.

Nice porch.

We were staying there with two adaults and three teenagers for a week.

We would love to come back any time in the future

nice flat

  • 4 of 5

We very much enjoyed the apartment and its surroundings. It was clean and well- maintained. Amenities are perfect - just one detail : an additional light in the bathroom downstairs near the basin might be a good idea. The location in Backbay is great - we enjoyed restaurants in Colombus avenue and Trumont street. In a word, all was fine, and we would definitely recommend this flat.

Fantastic apartment in a lovely location

  • 5 of 5

We have just returned from a week's stay as a family of four so the ability to have the 2nd bedroom as two single beds was great for us The apartment was as described and had all amenities we could want....right down to toiletries in the shower. There was a good welcome folder with information about the apartment and surrounding areas and also provided maps, etc for us to use while we were there. Christina was very helpful and gave us some good tips for our stay.

The location was ideal - close to restaurants and shops and just a short walk to the subway. The outdoor space was a lovely extra.

We'd definitely recommend this apartment and would love to return one day as Boston is a great city and we are very jealous!

Thankyou Christina
