Our beautiful condo was completely rebuilt, expanded to 1358 square feet, and remodeled in 2007 with all new southwest furniture and high end stainless steel appliances. It is the ultimate in luxury, convenience and comfort.

You can walk down the hall to the best market in Telluride, across the street to Lift 7 and ski tickets, rentals, and fishing. You can walk 5 minutes or take the free shuttle from Telluride Lodge to Historic Downtown Telluride, the gondola to Mountain Village and many more places of interest. The common indoor/outdoor jacuzzi, steam, and sauna are 50 ft from our private deck, which provides breathtaking views of the mountain.

Comfort is the word that describes this condo with in floor radiant heating, comfy leather sofas, gas fireplace, and open floor plan. The kitchen, entertainment island and baths have gorgeous granite counter tops complimented with Cherry wood Cabinetry and custom tile.

There are three bedrooms: two with queen beds and one with two twin beds. The two queen bedrooms have their own private bathroom, while the room with twin beds has a bathroom directly across the hall. Each bedroom has its own TV.

Telluride Lodge features large outdoor open space, which is unique to Telluride. There you will find gas barbecues, picnic benches, outdoor and indoor jacuzzis, steam & sauna, and where our deck has easy access.

We are partners who live about six hours away from Telluride. We invested in our condo back in 1990, knowing that we would continue to vacation at our paradise away from home.

Perfect Condo

Loved this condo. Excellent location, very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped and 4 women truly appreciated all of the bathrooms! It was very convenient to many of the venues where we were seeing films as well as to Clark's Market, and an easy walk to downtown. Owners' communication was excellent; they are very helpful and answered all of our questions before we arrived. Will definitely return to this condo in the future.

Perfect location, awesome vacation!

We spent 6 lovely days here for our family ski vacation. We were lucky to have beautiful weather and glorious skiing on Telluride Mountain. We had no complaints about the unit and location. Highlights:

1). From the moment we stepped in, it was obvious the unit was clean, well laid out and WARM. I can't say enough for radiant heating. The floors were comfortable to walk on barefoot, and the fire provided extra heat with the flip of a switch. The only room that was slightly cooler than the others was the room with the two twin beds, and fortunately there was a heater on a timer for that. Kids were very comfortable. We could look right out our window at the community hot tub. We appreciated having the choice of indoor vs. outdoor hot tubs! The kitchen was perfectly equipped and we did cook in on 2 nights. Can't say enough for having the additional half bath. With two people sharing the other baths, the half bath came in handy on many occasions. Also loved the closet in the outside hallway to keep all our skis and gear.

2). We weren't sure before we arrived if we would like Mountain Village or Telluride town better. Turns out being in town was the best choice. We could literally walk to the grocery store through the hallway and town hall while being outside for only 60 secs. So convenient! The city bus picked up every 10 min right in front of the lodge for a quick trip to the gondola or downtown Telluride. We could walk out of the building and cut through another group of apartments and reach the wine/liquor store in 3 min. For skiing out in the mornings, we just walked across the street and jumped on Lift 7 (NO LINES!) We also rented our equipment at Telluride Sports and got our lift tickets at Lift 7. So much quieter and convenient with no lines unlike the crowds at Mountain Village.

All in all, a wonderful spot and condo! When we return to Telluride, we will definitely stay in this unit!
