The apartment is on the 4th floor, in the morning sun and has a balcony, 3 bedrooms, 1 suite, kitchen, laundry area and great room. Air conditioning in the suite.
The apartment is fully furnished, renovated and decorated with polished porcelain floors, plaster decoration in the living room with indirect lighting (blue and white), living room with bar for the kitchen, built-in lighting in the bathrooms and kitchen, beautiful dining table, in addition to curtains in the bedrooms and living room.
All rooms have double and single beds, mirrors, fans and cabinets / shelves. The suite overlooks the Marina and Lagoon. The living room has a sofa, rack, chairs, TV and decorative swivel stools at the bar. The kitchen has cabinets, stainless steel refrigerator, stainless steel stove with extractor and side table, microwave, as well as a complete set of dishes, such as pots, cups, plates, cutlery, blender, coffee maker, juicer and sandwich maker. The bathrooms have a strong shower and built-in lighting.
The apartment is beautiful and was planned by a professional with great taste.
The condominium has a privileged location, literally on the edge of the lagoon. The distances are as follows:
