Perfect in-between "home" away from home!
5/5Stayed Sep 2017
We can't say enough good about the property and especially the landlords! The owners were so easy-going and still incredibly responsive and very flexible and understanding-WONDERFUL to deal with! The house itself felt way bigger than the sq ft and was absolutely perfect for our family of two adults and two very young children during our transition from cross-country before closing on our new home in Maricopa. The garage was big enough to hold all our packed possessions and still park a car. Clean, well-maintained and very nicely appointed, nice neighbors and community, really can't say enough about the good experience we had!

Renting this house was a true blessing to ourgent family. We rented this house for a little over 2 months while we were in escrow and the owner was great as well as the house. I loved the fact it was pet friendly and perfect for our family of 4. I would definitely recommend it.

Review of Maricopa House
4/5Stayed Dec 2014
The owners of this property live in Maricopa and are very attentive to their renters, and the physical appearance of the yard and grounds. Maricopa is a bedroom community, NOT a suburb of Phoenix. It is quiet, and not very commercial. If you plan to eat out, you will be going to Chandler a lot. Maricopa has lots of fast food but no national chain restaurants or shopping centers. For me, shopping isn't important. It has a Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, Frys and Bashas grocery stores. That's pretty much all I need. If you like to gamble, there is a very nice casino at the edge of town. Night life is pretty much non-existent if that is your bag. Maricopa is pretty because there is so much GREEN grass. Beautiful landscaping and great for leisurely walks and bicycyle rides. Maricopa isn't for the person seeking excitement - but if you like quiet and are a homebody, this place is for you. There are two golf courses.

My family and I stayed here while searching for a home to buy in Chandler.Everything was great, the house was spacious enough for us--2 adults, 2 kids and 2 pets. The house was clean and cool when we arrived. The neighborhood is quiet, which we appreciated. Internet is wireless and worked good. There is plenty of linens, towels, dishes, pots & pans, and the all the furnishings are comfortable. Our dog liked the doggy door and it locks so the cat couldn't get out. The garage is clean and big enough to fit our 2 cars. It was definitely nice to be in a home rather than a hotel!
The owners are very nice- we would stay here again.

Cozy Maricopa single level rental
4/5Stayed Mar 2012
owner met us upon arrival. house was clean and well furnished. only downside was the internet. only one hardwired connection in one of the bedrooms (no wireless router). If you wanted to use the internet, without disturbing those in the bedroom, had to run the cable out into the hall. Value for the price charged was excellent. Would have cost us 3-4x more had we gone the hotel route. Restaurants are limited in the area, but we only ate out one night. Photos were a good reflection of the property and description was accurate. fairly small sq footage, but suited the purpose for what we wanted. we used it as a place to stay, while looking to buy a vacation home. it gave us a good idea of the neighborhoods, etc. we had our teenage daughter and two of her friends with us. they did various things during the visit, but had to travel into the city for most every activity (jump street, movies, baseball games, zoo, etc.). drive into city was anywhere from 30-60 minutes depending on what part of Phoenix you wanted to go to. the Maricopa area is outside the metro area and has a nice smaller feel to it, which we liked.
