Owner's Response: Cathy thanks for your review. We have the lamps on the wall switches for convenience in the bedrooms. So if the wall switches were off the lamps would not turn on and may appear to be burned out. Thank you for your feed back.

Beautiful rental perfect for family

  • 5 of 5

Stayed here for a week get away and the home was perfect. Just a stones throw from the beach and stores. The beach club itself was very quiet and we were able to enjoy the pool with only one other family. Would definitely stay again

2 weeks in paradise

  • 5 of 5

Naples Florida is one of our favorite vacation destination spots, so we were pleasantly surprised at the ideal location of this condo complex. It is one block from the beach and right on 5th avenue. We stayed for 2 weeks in September, and had the most wonderful time! 2 weeks here is not enough. The condo is equipped with beach chairs, towels, floats, cooler what more does one need. It even had an assortment of beach toys for kids if needed. We spent the days on the beach, which is so close, just as close as many beach hotels we have stayed in which were much higher in price. At sunset dolphins would jump right out of the surf and play, amazing to watch. Walk the beach at night and chased around ghost crabs which is a great deal of fun and good exercise at the same time! We rented a car and took early evening drives through neighborhoods that are just breathtaking. Do not miss a drive through Port Royal, the homes in there are amazing! We saw 2 that had just sold for over $42,000,000. Yes that many zero's!

The condo itself Unit #204, was spotless and fully equipped with everything one might need, washer, dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen, pots, pans, utensils, etc. The living area had a huge flat screen TV, DVR, and a great selection of cable channels, if you had time to watch TV! There were 2 master suites with full baths, one with a tub. The bedding was some of the most comfortable I've slept on and very tastefully decorated. Plenty of bureau, closet space, hangers. Extra pillows, blankets and towels. There were people who came everyday to water the out door plants, sweep and clean all common areas, and pool cleaning.

Being September in Naples Florida, one might take a chance weather wise, however the weather we had was absolutely delightful. Spent every single night down at the pier to watch the sunset and the dolphins, stingrays, and other fish swimming about. So many fascinating birds flying about and diving for fish, just fantastic to watch and all for free!

One might think dining on 5th avenue would be expensive, yet we had amazing deals including a bottle of wine at 2 for $30, at Cafe Luna. Terrific service, they also had great wood fired pizza very reasonable. I also found amazing prices in some of the stores which I also was a bit intimidated entering, however once I did venture in found awesome quality clothing again at surprisingly great prices.

Because we stayed in Sept. we had an awesome package price on the condo, rental car and airfare.

A perfect location in Olde Naples. Nicely furnished and clean. A two minute stroll to the beach. Stroll to shopping and restaurants. Great communication with management/rental company. What else could you ask for.....another week?

We will be back!

  • 5 of 5

This condo is in the Best location, close to beach and right on Fifth Ave.

Staying here in the heart of Naples we enjoyed the best dining, shopping,

entertainment, and galleries. We even took a cruise out of Tin City on the Naples

Princess for a sunset cruise. Every other night we loved to walk down to the Naples Pier to see the sunset and to watch the fisherman pull in their catch. It was so good just to relax and get away from it all.

Can't wait to come next year.

Perfect Place !!

  • 5 of 5

This was our first time in Naples. We heard so much about it that we decided to give it a try this year and we were pleasantly surprised about how Beautiful it was here!!! The condo was clean and was located in the best location! We did so much in walking distance that we barely used the car. Beach was so close, only a block and a half away. And we Loved that we could just walk down the street to the Best restaurants in town for dinner. The family has decided that Naples is now our new favorite place to visit. Just Perfect !!!
