Spacious two bedroom, two baths, surrounded by luxurious furnishings and amenities. Two balconies with a built in electric grill on the bayside balcony. Beautiful lighting, cabinetry, tile floors and of course, the views will dazzle you at the Sapphire!

Just a few notes, the condo is non smoking, no pets allowed, and the minimum age is 25 years old, six guest maximum.

My monthly rentals are exempt from taxes. Winter Texan rate is turn key, no taxes or HOA fees.

Amazing Home Away From Home!!!

What a fantastic trip! This condo was top-notch - from the beach toys in the closet, ready to go, to the personal concierge, Javier, who helped us with everything from a broken curtain to bringing a bottle of Windex when we realized there wasn't any. The condo is clean & fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds were comfy, too.

We'll definitely be back - thanks for taking care of us, Javier, and thanks for sharing your condo with us, Rick!!!

Amazing week at the Sapphire!

The condo was perfect, loved the welcome basket. We didn't need anything, but glad to have Javier, if we had. We are already planning a return trip next year.

Couldn't have asked for a better stay

We were really blown away with this condo. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted with a nice welcome basket and a lovely view of the ocean. Our concierge, Javier, was incredibly accommodating and helped us with all of our groceries and luggage and offered to help with anything while we were there. The condo was incredibly spacious and had so many nice finishes and features. I especially loved the jacuzzi tub in the master. We also really loved all the amenities of the Sapphire. From the extremely large (and well kept) pool, to the fitness room and teen room, we felt like royalty. The whole stay was relaxing and memorable and we will definitely be re-booking!

Amazing Beach Condo #903 Sapphire SPI

We absolutely loved our stay the beds were comfortable, we were very happy with the memory foam topper in the master king bed! (We have a icomfort mattress at home so I was pleased) Everything was top notch plenty of fun in the sun toys & beach chairs ect. It was a great time & the condo was clean well decorated & equipped with everything we needed! The welcome basket was very thoughtful wine, kid drinks, popcorn, lots of yummy treats, it was perfect ♡ Javier is an amazing concierge he feels like a family member to me :) Marty head of housekeeping is very sweet as well & she is wonderful. Everything was a dream!

Absolutely beautiful condo with amazing ocean views

Rick was easy to work with. He had a nice welcome basket upon our arrival! The condo was immaculate and had everything you could want. The beds were so comfortable and linens and towels soft. The balcony had a gorgeous view of the infinity pool and the ocean. We'd eat breakfast on it, lunch sometimes and have a drink on the balcony overlooking the ocean. We loved Ceviche Ceviche as a place to eat and we'd get it to go and eat it on our view ever! Pier 19 was a good restaurant and we went to "Sea Ranch Restaurant' for our anniversary! I got a Maine lobster tail....delicious!

The aquarium on Port Isabel was a great place to visit. I got to feed a large "rescue" turtle hibiscus flowers on skewers and she followed me everywhere. A very cool experience. We'd walk a couple miles a day along the ocean. There is something so healing and relaxing about the ocean.

Our concierge Javier was a blessing to us. He met us in the lobby, helped with luggage, showed us around and even had my oxygen concentrator in my bedroom.

Thank you for a very relaxing vacation!

A very nice well kept property.

The condo was beautiful, the beaches very nice, the pool and hot tub relaxing. The theatre chairs in the building were like airline seats not comfy. Did not use the spa or fitness room to comment. Javier our concierge was wonderful.
