Most Amazing House We've Ever Rented

This house is SO special. The art is stunning. Each room had a different feel and meets a different need. The kitchen was fully stocked for wonderful cooking experiences. The host and the staff were so kind, helpful, and welcoming. The six of us had dance parties, pool parties, dinner parties, lots of quiet time, and connection time. We absolutely loved our stay and have zero complaints.

This is the perfect location for a relaxing getaway. La Perla is a luxury property set in the hills outside Atenas, known for its perfect year round climate, with stunning views of the town and countryside. Very private estate, complete with your own pool, cooling tub and Jacuzzi outside, plus Jacuzzi and sauna in the master bedroom. Your hosts will see to everything you need, including arrangements for local tours to waterfalls, volcano, ziplining, and wildlife viewing.

Best place to relax after adventuring

We stayed here for a few nights while visiting the Poas Volcano and area waterfalls. Our stay here was WONDERFUL! The place is clean, updated and has such a beautiful view. The host had great communication. We booked the place specifically for the hot tub and it did not disappoint, such a relaxing way to end the day after lots of hiking. 10/10 recommend!!

Best rental property yet

This place is such an incredible spot. The place was amazing, tranquil, beautiful. It had so many small details that make a stay even better, fully stocked with every kitchen appliance and utensil, laundry detergent, clothes pins, bath salts and just so many little touches that made our stay even better. Gorgeous house inAtenas

For reference we stayed in Atenas Costa Rica April 14th through April 19th. The house is gorgeous, and the view from the backyard is stunning. On two separate occasions toucans came to the tree in the backyard to feed on the berries. We also had 6 head of cows/ bulls wander up one morning while we enjoyed coffee on the back porch. The late afternoons did get warm, but we just cooled off in the pool. We did not see any rain while we were there. The nights do cool down, but was still a little warm for sleeping. Driving was an experience! The roads are very narrow and congested. The hosts were very helpful planning several tours for us. We really enjoyed the coffee farm tour. We did get lost several times In the neighborhood. The roads and driveways all look the same and street signs are minimal. We had to go back to the gate house and ask for directions. They have a map of the neighborhood that we were able to take a picture of, which was extremely helpful. The people of Atenas are super friendly and gracious. Overall it was a fabulous vacation in Costa Rica!
