Walking distance to all restaurants, shopping, banks, bars and night life. Beach is less than three blocks away. Malls and theaters are a 10 minute drive and all of this is well away from any major freeways.
Just wanted to let you know that we LOVED the condo. It exceeded my expectations in every way. The location was great, and we were able to walk everywhere. The house was clean when we arrived, and there were plenty of linens, towels, etc. We had a wonderful time and just thought it would be nice to share our great experience.

We really enjoyed our short stay! The town home was an easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. I loved how the bedrooms were located upstairs (very convenient for when we would put our 4 year old to bed and we adults could stay up to visit). The remodel that was done was very lovely and functional. Plus, it was impeccably clean. We had no issue with the construction that was going on next door as they didn't start work until mid-morning. The owner was able to welcome us, give a walk through, answer questions about La Jolla, and gave some really good restaurant recommendations. Thank you, Bryan!
This is a great place in the heart of La Jolla, walking distance to taco shops, coffee shops, the beach, shopping, you name it. The property is clean, cozy, and comfortable. Wasn't hard to get an Uber, wasn't too far from anything else I needed to do in San Diego. Great kitchen and bathroom, I'd come back if I needed to. The owner was punctual & helpful - I had a great stay. Thanks again!
We had a great vacation staying at the town home. Great location and very comfortable. Brian was out of town, so he had a very nice neighbor come and show us around. Great stay and would recommend it.
This property is very tastefully decorated and the renovations in bathrooms and kitchen are quite exceptional. It is well maintained and clean with plenty of extra linens and anything else you would need for your stay. You can easily walk to the ocean front and it is only a ten to fifteen minute walk to the main village where most restaurants and shopping are located. There are a few great restaurants right around the block from the townhome. A large grocery store is also nearby. The exterior of the building is an older brick style compared to the newer properties surrounding it, but the complex was still very quaint and secure.
This is a very comfortable two story town home located within a short walk from all that you need in concentrated La Jolla Cove. The beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores are a short distance away. Bryan is an amiable host. He is usually around, unless away on a business trip. If he should be away, he has friends across the street, should you need assistance. Be aware that new town homes are presently being constructed behind this property. When we we there in Feb. and Mar., the construction noises began at 7 and ended at 3, and there were none on the weekends. Therefore, this should only be a problem if you sleep late, or have a colicky baby.
One block from the La Jolla Rec Center, Tennis, Jungle Gyms for kids of all ages, Basketball Courts, La Jolla Cove. 3 Blocks to the beach and just 2-miles to La Jolla Shores. 6-miles from Torey Pines Golf Course, one of the top courses in the USA! Right in the heart of Torrey Pines Nature Reserve overlooking the Pacific Ocean nestled in the pines it is a sight to behold, and after take a hike down to the beach along Torrey Pines many winding trails.
