Great location, awesome host.

  • 5 of 5

We spend 4 days in this beautiful, clean, and well-appointed house while we were in Montreal for a family vacation. The house is in walking distance to Atwater market and many great restaurants in downtown neighborhood. Also very close to many attractions. The house had all the amenities one could ask for. Rick was extremely helpful in making sure we and the kids are comfortable and shared tips about the local attractions and restaurants.

Big House, Friendly Owner

  • 5 of 5

After an initial misunderstanding about the price I was able to amicably sort it out with the owner. We were two families (4 adults, 4 kids) and the house fitted us all comfortably and did not feel at all cramped. Everything worked well. The house is in a nice area with some interesting shops and restaurants. The owner left all kinds of useful information about what is nearby and what to see and do in Montreal. Our deposit was promptly returned. Although I only spoke to the owner by phone, he was both friendly and accommodating to our requests. The information provided by the owner accurately describes the house. I recommend the house to anyone who needs a large rental in Montreal.

Family trip to Montreal

  • 5 of 5

We were travelling with two families and this townhome was perfect for us. The home was well equipped on a quiet street, and close to good restaurants, Atwater Market, and downtown Montreal. Even though we were there for only two nights, it would have been great for a longer stay. The owners left plenty of maps and information for us to help make navigating the city easier. Went to Atwater Market for some wonderful meats and vegetables and used the gas BBQ in the backyard. The owner is very responsive and sent out useful information on the property, nearby restaurants, and things to do in Montreal. I would highly recommend this rental.

Awesome stay in a great house in family in Montreal where we really feel at home (French)

  • 5 of 5

Arrived with family (2 adults and 5 children) for 19 days of vacation in Montreal, we were immediately enchanted by the house, its decoration, the clarity of parts, its layout. It has a nice big kitchen with everything you need to cook, very important when we are many. A terrace overlooking a small park. There is also a large gas BBQ which we took full advantage. It is located in a very nice area, quiet, close to shops and good restaurants. The house is at 15 minutes walk from the Atwater Market where everything is excellent (fruits and vegetables, meat, cheese, fish ...). There is also an excellent bakery, "rue Notre Dame ouest", "Mamie Clafoutis" (the pies are delicious, go there). The metro is at 10 minutes walk, very convenient to visit the different neighborhoods of Montreal. Near the Lachine Canal, we liked to walk along on foot and by bicycle. For our two little girls, we enjoyed the parks and playground that are found everywhere in Montreal. After a busy day, it was nice to go home, we really felt very at home. I highly recommend this rental.

A Perfect Family Visit to Montreal

  • 5 of 5

My wife, 2 children as well as brother and sister inlaw all stayed at this townhouse when we visited Montreal for the Grand Prix. Honestly the whole trip worked incredibly well. The house has everything you could possibly need - we even were able to put our 2 cars in the driveway. We used Bixi Bikes to ride 15 minutes to the racetrack and back, which was outstanding.

The owner is helpful and very pleasant to work with and the whole process worked as desired.

In short, I highly recommend this rental for anyone. We even BBQ'd one night and hung out on the back porch.

My family loved Montreal in Winter at this fabulous house

  • 5 of 5

We spent 4 lovely days in Montreal with this house as the perfect base. The house is beautiful, clean, and well-appointed for cooking. It is 2 blocks from Atwater Market, which has to be the nicest food market in Montreal. The neighborhood was perfect for my husband and 3 kids - there are coffee shops and restaurants. We were especially grateful for the parking space. I was slightly concerned that we would want to be more in the thick of things, but was totally wrong. The neighborhood - Southwest - is a hip, mixed French and English, super-fun location. The renters gave us great ideas for things to do downtown and close-by. We sledded and skated and even went rock-climbing in an old silo. We are hoping to return to this house in summer so we can take advantage of the proximity biking trails!
