If you are looking for a relaxing, condo-hotel style vacation experience, The Palm Beach Hotel is your answer. It's in this special setting that you can enjoy our sunny one-bedroom corner condo featuring a king-size bed, new custom kitchen with granite counters, three closets, hardwood floors and a new sleep sofa. This non-smoking unit comes with cable, DVD/VCR, WiFi and maid service.

Our one-bedroom unit is bright and sunny, in the quietest corner of the building, away from the street and swimming pool noises and distractions. Ours is one of the larger one-bedroom units in the building, is smartly furnished, and features a new kitchenette with granite counters. The Hotel has a grand lobby with comfortable seating areas, a welcoming mezzanine/library with accommodations for tabletop games and reading, a covered loggia on the lower level and a heated pool surrounded by beautiful garden areas. Shops within the Hotel provide a variety of services, including bike rentals, barber shop, beauty salon, florist, French bakery and much, much more. Restaurants within walking distance abound as well as island shopping and historical destinations.

The Palm Beach Hotel was built in 1926 in the Spanish Baroque styling that was so characteristic of that era in Palm Beach. The Hotel has preserved its Spanish Colonial details including twisted columns with Corinthian capitals that line the 400 foot colonnade, twin mission-style bell towers that flank the entrance, balustrade railings, numerous cartouches, decorative urns, ornamental brackets and lion's head rain spouts, as well as the textured stucco finish with terra cotta tile roof lines.

Palm Beach is a barrier island sixteen miles long located 65 miles north of Miami. To the east is the Atlantic Ocean and to the west is the Intracoastal Waterway, which separates Palm Beach from the cities of West Palm Beach and Lake Worth. The year-round population is 10,000 and the seasonal population is about 30,000. Palm Beach is the land area closest to the Gulf Stream which produces lush gardens, palm lined beaches, and an outstanding marine environment.

Why The Owner chose Florida South East

For over 30 years, we vacationed in the Palm Beach area and for several years rented units in the Hotel. When our unit came on the market, we knew it was the one we wanted to own. It’s bright and sunny in the quietest corner of the property. We made significant repairs, redecorated and recently did a complete kitchen renovation. We use a management company that is located in the building to look after our unit and make sure our guests are attended to during their stay. The Palm Beach Hotel offers a safe, friendly atmosphere and is a short 10-minute ride from Palm Beach International Airport. It is within easy walking distance of the island’s only supermarket, numerous top rated restaurants and several places of worship. We know of guests who don’t even rent a car during their stay, because there is so much nearby. This part of Florida is called the Treasure Coast for very good reason. There are “treasures” at every turn, whether they are museums or places to enjoy concerts and the arts, incomparable shopping opportunities, magnificent restaurants, championship golf courses, including “The Best Par-3 in the U.S.!” according to Golf Digest magazine, and plenty of natural beauty. Because Palm Beach has one of the highest ratios of police-to-residents of any town in the country, we feel safe day and night.

What makes this condo unique

Our favorite days and nights in Palm Beach typically start with a breakfast special at Green’s (keep a keen eye for a visiting celebrity or two), hitting a bucket of balls on the range at the Palm Beach Par 3, a walk on the beach (across one fairway from the Par 3 parking lot or a block east of the Hotel), lunch at the renowned Taboo (substitute any of the fine restaurants in the area), a stroll down Worth Avenue to work off some of our lunch; a dip in the Hotel’s pool, dinner at one of the fabulous restaurants near the Hotel, and ending the day with a walk to The Breakers (again walking off a great meal).
