Serenity, Comfort and Luxury Combine to Greet Guests Here!

  • 5 of 5

We chose this house to serve as 'base camp' for our week exploring Zion NP, Bryce Canyon NP and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. It was the perfect choice! Our group of six - myself and my husband, our two adult children and their spouses, actually had more space than we needed but that added to the sense of luxury. Sharon and her husband were lightening quick to respond to all requests for help - including arriving within 10 minutes to resolve two minor items upon our arrival. We cooked 90% of the week's meals in this professionally equipped kitchen, even using the crock pot, stove center griddle, outdoor gas grill and water faucet provided OVER THE STOVE! (Honestly, it was hard for me to return to my own kitchen!) The hot tub is exquisite, the balconies, deck and nearby trails provide the sense of serenity. Guests feel wrapped in luxury due to the overall floor plan, spacious bedrooms, expansive bathrooms and closets, even the woodwork had a glass-smooth finish! Climate control systems worked flawlessly, as outdoor temperatures fluctuated significantly. Groceries were acquired in Hurricane (Walmart) on the way in and supplemented at the grocery store in Kanab, a few days later. Dinner out at the Thunderbird in Mt. Carmel was okay but another dinner at Oscar's in Springdale was absolutely phenomenal! On the area roads, we encountered frequent mule deer, turkey and cattle crossings. Definitely use caution during the dusk hours! Sadly, I lost a day to a migraine but even being ill at this property is luxurious and comforting. All area roads are well maintained and well marked. Happily, the drive to Bryce was easier and quicker than literature had warned (maybe outdated materials). Getting to and from Zion NP was quite acceptable in terms of timing and traffic control. Our treasured memories of this region will last a lifetime and this house truly allowed us to feel at home while away!

Wonderfully furnished and fantastic space

  • 5 of 5

We had a group of 10 people stay in the late summer and it was an absolute gem of home. The location was extremely close to the eastern part of Zion and only a short while longer into the main canyon. We were also walking distance to the Zion Ponderosa resort which offered many afternoon/evening activities when we were back from Zion National Park. The space itself was spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was nicely stocked, and generally just pleasant to come back to after long days out in the sun. We loved it here and are hoping to make this place an annual summer retreat for our family.

What a great house with a great location! Every day there was another surprise, sometimes in our backyard. Sheep, turkeys, incredible amount of birds in our backyard. Bighorn sheep, sheep, buffalo n more close by. House has lots of space with every amenity you could want. Kitchen has every everything you could want to go for family of 4 or 14. You could walk to Zion or drive n hot tub was used a lot after miles of hikes.

Beautiful, spacious home on east side of Zion

  • 5 of 5

Large, modern and well maintained property on the east side of Zion NP. NIce kitchen area and ample seating for large parties. Comfortable beds and nice linens. We had a minor issue with burnt out lightbulbs in the shower and the manager came out right away to take care of it. The neighborhood is quiet and we saw lots of wildlife from the deck - deer, wild turkeys and jackrabbits! The property is close to the east entrance of Zion but note that you will have to go through the tunnel to get to the trailheads and activities in the Zion Canyon area, which can be a bit of a wait. However the location is also very manageable to get to Bryce NP which was great for us. I would definitely recommend this beautiful location to others!

Exceeded my expectations!

  • 5 of 5

During the Summer 2017 Heatwave/Brian Head Fire:

First, you're not just getting a home, but a vacation planner in Sharon. So much to see in the area and Sharon will ensure you do not miss it. The home is better than advertised: Hot tub, bathtubs, showers, TVs, Wifi, etc. We brought all of our groceries, plenty of fridge space (2) and cooked in the gourmet kitchen and commercial grill. The kitchen had EVERYTHING!

The East side is cooler, quieter and darker for us stargazers. The east side entrance to Zion never has a traffic backup and you can still get to the shuttle in 30minutes. You are also that much closer to Bryce!

Invaluable was the walking access to Zion. We have stayed in many homes and visited many national parks. What a treat to hike Zion without even getting in a car. We walked to Echo Canyon and Observation point from the property; no fee, traffic, or parking. Who can say that?! I hope we have the luck to book with Sharon again! Thank you, Sharon!
