Location: Kihei Kai Nani complex which has been rated solid gold in 'Maui Revealed' is directly across the street from Kamaole Beach II, rated as one of the top beaches on Maui by the same publication. Spend your holiday in the relaxing tropical grounds where you don't drive to beach, restaurants, shops or pool because you are already there enjoying a stress free vacation! Spend your days either laying in the sun at the beach and pool or swimming, snorkeling and jogging in the sunshine. Finish your afternoon with a convenient walk across the street to watch the sunset and listen to the waves on the sand.
Enjoy quiet, relaxing privacy on the lani anytime. This deluxe ground floor unit means two flatscreen television sets and insuite washer and dryer, convenience to pool and bbq, while inside you have all the amenities of home like (new 2013) full Maple kitchen with granite countertop.

We were sold on the location of this unit, cool cement building and lush tropical grounds. Our unit is quiet, no stairs for mobility issues, private - no buildings facing us with complex BBQ's 75 ft. away. Kamaole II Beach across the street, white sloping sand, fabulous sunsets nightly and lifeguards on duty throughout the day. Kamaole II has flush toilets, grass, shade, picnic tables and BBQ's. Our unit provides men's and women's right hand golf clubs, beach chairs, pool noodles, beach towels and coolers to make your stay easy, relaxing and fun.
Cancellation Policy: If reservations are cancelled you forfit your $250 deposit. If reservations are cancelled less than 60 days prior to check in you will be charged for your stay (unless the unit can be re-rented at full rate). If the unit can be rented at full rate the remaining balance will be refunded to you minus $250. No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason including the weather.

We have always had a special place for Hawaii as we went there years ago on our honeymoon. We have traveled to lots of beaches in the world but fell in love with Maui because of the warm evening temperatures and the beautiful sand beach across the street.
Jack retired from the telephone company in 2013 and I worked for city government at a leisure centre until July 2014. We chose a ground level unit to purchase so when our grandchildren visit they can run on the grass outside. We hope to escape the cold Canadian winters more now that we have our own place.

We chose our unit because there is no stairs from the pool or parking lot into our unit. We enjoy the swimming and snorkelling across the street at Kam II beach where we also watch the sunset. We like walking to the restaurants nearby if we want to go out. Shopping is nearby if we need clothes, groceries, sunscreen or a bottle of wine.
We enjoy our property because it is easy to stay active. Usually we start our day either jogging or snorkeling. This unit we don't have an elevator or stairs to bbq, it's just 75 ft. away and the pool is just across the parking lot. The grass, just off the patio seems like an extra room. There are lots of places to pick up a morning coffee, newspaper, full restaurants or snacks. Star fruit can be picked off a tree by going to the office.
From contact to condo arrival, all went smooth as scheduled. Owners John and Becky were very helpful, caring individuals. The condo was nicely updated with granite counters, tastefully decorated to give the island feeling. It was a stress free stay with all the amenities one could ever want.
My girlfriend and I stayed for 9 days in Maui and were very satisfied with the condo, the amenities, the equipment and the location. It is quiet, peaceful and walking distance to many restaurants, shops and beaches. I have been on Maui 10 times and never stayed in Kihei but I will again and hopefully at Becky and John's place as it is perfect for two people. Nothing went wrong with anything from the condo.....(the umbrella's were older and will need to be replaced very soon). We never turned on the A/C because the trade winds blow through so quickly and cool the whole unit down at night. The ceiling fans were ideal for that coolness you want at night and the patio was a peaceful and beautiful place to hang out for breakfast and evening relaxation. Overall...thank you Becky and John for a high quality experience in your condo.....PS...it has a new kitchen and bathroom and lots of what ever you thought you might need to bring with you...leave it at home!
Maui is amazing. What an incredible island. We were so happy with our stay at John and Becky's Kihei Kai Nani Condo and so happy with our decision to come to Maui to celebrate our 10yr Anniversary. Thank you so much for all your continued help and support. You made the booking process so simple and effortless. You guys have been awesome and we would definitely come back and stay here again. We have drove most of the island and we love the Kihei area the most, especially where the condo is located, it's prime location. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and beaches. Thank you :)
Thank you for the use of your condo. We found the southern end of the island much more enjoyable than we expected. After traveling to Lahaina for the day we realized we had made the best choice in staying South in Keihi at your condo. The Hana cd worked out great for us on the drive around the island between scuba diving. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable and unexpected. No Tradewinds while we were there, so we got a lot of use from the provided cooler and picnic equipment.
The price was Perfect!
My husband and I love South Kihei and we couldn't of asked for a better condo during our stay.
This condo was very clean and comfortable and the perfect location...directly across the street from Kamaole Beach II also in the complex (off the main street, very quiet at night, not facing any other front porches or lanai's) and in South Kihei...next door to Deli 808, Fred's, Moose's and shopping. There is even a pool view from living room and lanai. I did learn leaving the front door closed in the early morning and opening the back sliding doors kept the condo cool. You only have about 2 hours of sun that shines into living room in late afternoon. But it's already Hot in August so it didn't matter :)
The condo does faces the ocean so when the windows are open you can feel the tradewinds.
We met so many wonderful people who own and often rent in Kihei Kai Nani. We are ready for Next Year!

Kameole Beach II is in the top 10 sandy beaches in all of Hawaii with lifeguards and flush toilets. At end of our driveway is Fred's Mexican Restaurant has $3 Tuesday taco night. Moose McGillicuddy's has a great happy hour (upstairs from Fred's) where $8 fancy drinks are $4. Whale watching, is nearby and sunsets across the street, Whaler's General store in plaza next door.. Cafe O'le this block has a 2 person seafood tower weekend nights. Our unit location is away from plaza and street noise.
