Excellent property at a reasonable price
Eduardo and Beatriz were excellent hosts. They responded quickly to questions and were easy to get a hold of. The apartment was simple and homey. The best part of it was the location; it is located just a few blocks from a handful of wonderful bars and restaurants. One thing to note is that although some find the noise of the local coqui frogs soothing if you're a light sleeper, they could keep you awake at night.
Vecindario muy tranquilo y limpio. Cerca de restaurantes y la avenida principal. Me agradó la estadía allí. Lo recomiendo. Si tendría que volver, lo haría de nuevo. Habitación amplia y comoda. Agua caliente y acondicionador de aire excelente.

Perfect place for a family of 3. Minutes from Loiza Street restaurants, clubs, and bars. Santurce!
Unit D was a comfortable spot for our family of 3. Lots of typical and new-age restaurants to choose from on Loiza Street. If you like partying at La Placita de Santurce, you can easily Uber from this spot. We bought groceries, and took advantage of the kitchenette. A/C is great for any warm nights.

The property is a short walk to one of the most sought out beaches in San Juan and the Condado Area. Additionally, our location is a plus for those seeking easy access in and out of the Metro Area and the airport is just a 10 min. drive.
