1 bedroom condo with 50% water view & private balcony that sleeps 4 adults/2kids
About Toby Futrell
I retired in 2008 as City Manager of Austin, Texas and moved to the Gulf Coast with my husband the following year. We live on the Island here and I teach in the Masters of Public Administration Program at Texas A&M University in Corpus Christi to stay sharp. We're avid fishermen. And I also volunteer in the community, including serving on the Corpus Christi Convention and Visitors Bureau Board. This is my first rental property, and I loved the experience so much, I now own two properties at Villa del Sol. I personally renovated this unit with all new furniture and appliances about six months ago. I think you will love the great value this condo offers sitting right on the beach, just yards from the water at such a reasonable price.

Nice property Excellent location
Condo had everything close to everything loved the gated property
Enjoyed our stay!
The condo was very nice and decorated super cute. The property itself looks to be in the process of some much needed repairs and painting. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.
Wonderful Stay and place
My family and I had a wonderful time here.Condo had a great view, great breeze, very cozy and just steps away from beach. We all loved it and had so much fun.We will definitely stay again.
The condo is extremely cute. It provided everything we needed. My friend and I took our 5 kids. It was a quite snug, but we were aware that it would be. We walked down the beach to dinner at Fajitaville and Black Beards ... both were very good.
My family and I probably won't stay here again. Only because my kids love the water. The beach here wasn't our favorite. We spent out first evening there and all of my kids got stung by jellyfish. Also, the sand is very rough. So, if the beach isn't your thing and you're going to visit the surrounding attractions (USS Lexington and Aquarium) this would be a perfect place to stay.
Great place to stay and directly off the beach!
We were so happy with our stay! The condo had everything we needed and more! There were plenty of dishes, a first aid kit, chairs for beach, beach mat, beach towels, board games, dvds, and an amazing view! Toby was very attentative and responded quickly! The pools are heated and clean! If we ever come back to the area we will definitely be staying here!
The property was nice for it size, however we were expecting it to be a little bigger than it was, but that was okay. It’s perfect for a single family for sure.
Condo sits right on North Beach, just yards from the water. A two mile boardwalk runs right in front of the property along the beach taking you from the jetties to the USS Lexington, with a beachfront bar, restaurant & Ferris Wheel attraction along the way. You will be less than a mile from the Texas State Aquarium & water park, Hurricane Alley water park, the USS Lexington, Art Museum & Hester's Cafe, History & Science Museum, Whataburger Baseball Field, the downtown Marina & Boardwalk, along with all the other downtown restaurants and music venues.
