Marbella Del Caribe is one of the best built Oceanfront buildings in San Juan, proven by the fact that it withstood hurricane Maria category 4-5 winds with zero structural or even cosmetic damages. The area got electricity back on Oct 24, and has a back up generator that kicks in for elevators, common areas and water pumps in case of power outages.

Walking distance from Luxury Hotels and Casinos. Immediately across Walgreens 24 hours and walking distance to CVS pharmacy, Pueblo, and Super Max supermarkets, as well as local eateries. All businesses and local eateries are now open for business.

SPECIAL POST MARIA SEASONAL RATES!!!!! As of current (Nov 5 2017) the building has technical issues with the cooling tower to turn central air condition on, and in process of obtaining bids to getting it fix. Please inquire as this can change any minute. The condo has ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room, and given its beachfront location and high floor you enjoy a wonderful Ocean breeze that makes up for the lack of A/C. The community swimming pool is ready for reopening pending fixing security entrance key pad which should happen very soon (please inquire for latest updates).

FEMA and Relief workers, this is an ideal location only 10 minutes from the airport yet no airport noise, close to everything in the metropolitan area, with ample secured assigned underground parking, security 24 x7, and walking distance to hotels, eateries, grocery shopping, and entertainment. Fantastic Vacation

My husband and I stayed a week at this lovely condo. The view is exactly what you see, plain and simple amazing! Condo is one of the best stocked I've ever stayed in. Has everything you need and there is a grocery very close by and a walgreens right across the street where you can also buy food, liquor and beer etc... The beach is pristine. I can't say enough nice things about this place or the owners. So responsive and helpful! We will definately stay here again!

We used Uber alot while there, to go to OSJ was between $6-13 depending on what time of day etc. Condado about $5, return to Airport was $7. There is a great little beach bar just right of the condo (on beach) called El Alambique, fantastic! Also Ceviche house which is about 7 blocks from condo is fantastic. If you want a really fancy dinner go to The Meat Market in The El San Juan. The Kobe beef is like eating velvet.

This is a wonderful property! Go and enjoy!

Gorgeous view!

The beach is visible from the living and bedroom. What a view!!! The sunsets are unreal. The condo is conveniently located by restaurants and grocery stores. It is a secure location and we always felt safe in the area walking around etc. Unfortunately we chose the wrong week to stay with Hurricane Irma coming in but I have to tell you that we couldn't have asked for better owners! Not only did they check in with us, give us updates, answer questions.. they also let us have the option to leave if we didn't feel comfortable along with refunding us for the portion of the trip we were missing being more concerned with our comfort and safety. Wow. I guess if you're unsure about where to stay I would say you get a little more with this condo because of the caring people that own it, and that's the kind of place we want to stay with or without a hurricane looming. Very happy Irma was kinder to Puerto Rico than she had been to some of the other islands. We will be back to visit again!

Love this place!!

My husband and I stayed in this lovely condo recently for our second time. Last year we came to Puerto Rico and decided to stay in a different beach front building in an area of closer proximity to Old San Juan. While we still had a great visit last year, we could not stop saying we wished we'd stayed at Sonia and Felix's (as we had 2 years ago) instead. The condo and balcony just can't be beat!!! This unit will from here on out be our go-to place to stay whenever we visit Puerto Rico in the future. Isla Verde is THE best beach in the area, and still is very close to San Juan and OSJ. The unit is kept up nicely and was stocked with just about anything we needed for our stay. Thanks, Sonia and Felix for sharing your lovely condo with us!!

Best view.

Close to food and groceries. It felt secure. Close to the beach. I would love if food or drink were allowed in the pool area. Because of this, I was not able to enjoy truly relaxing by the pool. Beautiful view, good A.C., and comfortable bed. It's a good size for 2 people. The bathroom could be a tad bigger.

Unfortunately no drinks are allowed in the pool area, though you can bring water, but no coolers are allowed. As you mentioned the condo is very comfortable for two people and can accommodate comfortably a third given we have a full size futon in the living room. Cozy, clean, and comfy!

The view alone is reason enough to stay here but Sonia and Ricky have made sure you will have all the comforts of home while enjoying the paradise of Puerto Rico! The condo is well stocked with all essentials and is very clean, bright and welcoming! The beach and the pool are only a stone's throw away and there are many places within walking distance to eat drink, and shop - making it quite convenient and relaxing. We loved El Alambique just meters away. Great food, great service, and great atmosphere. Sonia was always very attentive and quick to address any questions or concerns. As a single mom traveling with two children, the added touch of a boogie board for the kids and delicious Puerto Rican coffee for me shows these owners are willing to go above and beyond for their guests! The location is great for exploring OSJ, El Yunque, and Fajardo. Thank you Sonia and Ricky for making our first time in Puerto Rico a truly wonderful experience! We will be recommending your property to friends and family :) !
