Sedona Summit, 0 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, sleeps 4 maximum
Great place to stay
Close enough to uptown to visit but far enough to be away from the traffic. I personally like to go to cottonwood and Jerome so this is right in the middle. The full kitchen makes having breakfast on the patio while watching the sun rise feel amazing.
Good location with nice accommodations
Uptown Sedona is busy and nice to visit, but it is nice to stay in West Sedona (or Oak Creek - slightly further out) if you prefer a more leisurely pace. Sedona Summit (at least our unit in bldg 28) was nicely updated and had everything we needed. 3 pools to choose from (we had our teens with us), kitchenette for breakfast/lunch, and multiple BBQ grills. You would want a vehicle to visit the multiple places, but there is access to hiking and biking trails right from the property.
Room was great, only issue was getting defective keys a couple times and having to back and forth with no real concern from the front desk. It was frustrating to say the least.
We enjoyed our stay at the Summit in Sedona. It is on the outskirts of town which makes it very quiet. Loved the location. The property
is clean and we were not harassed about buying into Diamond properties. We just avoided the "welcome package" and no one even mentioned
it. The room floor could have been a little cleaner but the unit was in fine shape. We had a very comfortable bed. Having the kitchenette was wonderful.
The studio was plenty of room for 2 people. I would definitely recommend this property.
The condo was quiet, well located, spacious and comfortable. Staff was attentive. On the downside, we found a variety of bugs in the condo and the condo was rather cheaply built, with noisy appliances such as the dishwasher, refrigerator, fans and an underpowered stove.
