Very nice, newly remodeled, St George Condo. Very close to the pools and clubhouse of Sports Village resort with all club privileges.

Sports Village is close to everything the St George area offers in terms of recreation, entertainment, shopping, and site seeing.

Las Vegas is a 2 hour drive from St. George, with Zions 45 miles away, Bryce Canyon 130 miles away, Kanab 90 miles away, and Mesquite (nearest casino) 40 miles away. Tuacahn, the premier outdoor amphitheatre which shows live Broadway shows and concerts, is 5 miles away. St. George LDS Temple grounds is 5 miles away. Dixie Regional Medical Center is 5 miles away. Dixie State College is 6 miles away. St George Airport is 10 miles away.

Sports Village has 3 tennis courts, 2 racquetball courts, basketball court, sand volleyball, shuffle board, large pool heated year round, two hot tubs, one adult lap pool, kiddie pool, playground, BBQ/picnic area, parking for RV/boat, exercise room, min. golf, and club house. There are many Golf courses in the area with the Sun Brooke golf course just down the street. Our condo is fully furnished with a T.V. in the living room . The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook and eat with. Wireless DSL is provided in the condo. Cable is also provided. St. George is a wonderful place to find out where 'the summer sun spends the winter'

                                                                We loved the Hot tubs at the Sports Village. The small patio off the bedroom and the garage were very nice. We were a bit disappointed in the condo. I am not sure what was newly remodeled? It was advertised to sleep 4 people, the bed was comfortable, but the pull out couch was unsleepable, we had to put my son on the floor (luckily we had a pad in the car). They really need to not advertise that the place sleeps 4 or get a new pullout couch. There was not adequate blankets for the bed or pull out couch. The shower curtain was moldy pretty gross. The Refrigerator is extremely old and falling apart, it opens into the kitchen counter. A smaller updated fridge would have been adequate. The kitchen did have appropriate cooking utensils and pans for cooking. The bed frame was too big for the place, you couldn't open the bedroom door properly, we had to go in the room and close the door to get inside the room. I'm not sure why a suitable bed was not put in the bedroom?

                                                                We did enjoy the location and the hot tubs. Other than the pull out couch and the place not being clean enough it was enjoyable. A few small upgrades on the owners part I would stay there again.

                                                                This condo was gutted and remodeled about 3 years ago now so I probably need to update our ad.

                                                                The pull out bed was new when we remodeled it, but we will check it out and see why it is "unsleepable"

                                                                We have left bedding and air mattress pads with pump in the closet in the bedroom, we need to check and see if they have disappeared.

                                                                Having the garage with a garage door opener in the unit is a plus for many people who want to park there or store bikes, etc there and we do not charge more for using it.

                                                                I'm not sure what you think an adequate bed would be, we installed a Queen bed which I would think would be the smallest acceptable bed for one of these units. There isn't any other way to configure the bedroom for a queen bed to lay without blocking totally the door to the patio or the closet

                                                                This is certainly a small unit (415 sq feet) and has a lot of living space crammed into a small place, but the price reflects its size as well.

                                                                We will try to address your other concerns this summer.

                                                                It was a small cozy and comfortable. For the price you couldn’t say no.

                                                                Joe's one bedroom in Sports Village was just what I wanted for a week.....by myself. It is on the parking lot level and has nice views over Green Valley to Pine Valley Mountain. It is very quiet, I could leave the patio door open at night. It also has a small one car garage that I stored my 2 motorcycles in. There is no dining table and counter space is limited, but for me that was not an issue. The hot tub and swimming pool were great after long rides.

                                                                Excellent hi speed internet. Access to St George's miles of paved bike paths is just down the street.

                                                                Joe has a very nice place and I can easily give it a high rating. We never used the stove or oven, but the microwave got a good workout. Everything was there that we needed, and more. The unit was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. It has a comfortable bed, easy parking, no stairs to climb, and was quiet while we were there in October for the Huntsman Senior Games. Wayne

                                                                We were so pleased with our stay over Memorial weekend 2017. The unit was clean, comfortable, conveniently located, and a great value for us. It was great having a full kitchen to cook breakfast, make lunch, and evening snacks. The owners were very accomodating and easy to work with. Note, there is a patio off the bedroom that looks out across the valley with morning sun which was a nice place to sit and have coffee. We will look for availability of this unit during our next stay in St. George.
