Nice, cozy condo. A great place in a great location!

  • 5 of 5

Tammy's place was definitely amazing. We enjoyed our stay! His apartment is very spacious, very bright, very clean and is conveniently nestled close to the stagecoach ski lift. What is more, he responds in a timely manner if you do have any concerns or quest…

Nicely appointed and good location

  • 4 of 5

My family of 4 stayed here for 4 days. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. A nice hiking trail was right across the street. Big steps up to the property, but made us get our workout in!

Great location

  • 4 of 5

My best friend and I ventured to South Lake Tahoe for the first time. We were headed up for a concert at Harvey's Outdoor Arena so this condo was perfect for us as it was less than 10 minutes away from the action. We stayed for a long weekend as it was our first excursion to the area.

This condo is very nicely laid out and was perfect for the two of us. There are some great views from the balcony. Those stairs TO the condo... there are a lot and with adjusting to the higher elevation (we are city girls) my best friend also had some trouble with her asthma once she got to the top.

Here are some pros and cons related to our trip experiences:

-Tammy was super nice and she got back to me within a decent time frame when I needed to talk to her or ask questions. Attentive owners always make the stay that much better. We discovered that only one burner on the stove top was working but not until late Sunday night as were making dinner, I emailed Tammy Monday and she got on it right away.

-Great location. This condo was close to everything we wanted to explore.

-Giant tub- the giant tub upstairs was amazing! It was especially perfect for a nice long soak after our Saturday, half-day hike adventure. Our sore muscles rejoiced.

-It had everything we needed for the stay- basic kitchen stuff for cooking meals, and toiletry supplies for the long weekend.

-this is all relative, but the stairs were a lot (my best friend in all her asthmatic misery said she counted them and were were close to 100) so I advise people to pack lightly and do multiple trips up and down or leave stuff you don't need in the condo with you in your car.

-there weren't any instructions for things- we spent a bit of time figuring out the ceiling fan and light and tv and we never even tried to figure out the jets for the tub (we were happy just soaking in it).

- there wasn't any cleaning supplies (I know, I know) but we are people that like to clean up after themselves so we did the best we could with what was available and we bought basic stuff like a sponge and dishwashing liquid for every day use

-there are no screens on the windows downstairs, so I would not recommend this unit for families with young children.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the condo was perfect for us for our long weekend.

Great family experience

  • 5 of 5

Our family of four (including a teen and a tween) enjoyed our stay tremendously! The condo is as pretty on the inside and the views are as breathtaking as the photos suggest. The main village was just a quick drive or bus ride away (the stop is at the bottom of the stairs). To top it off, the owners are friendly and responsive.

In heaven at Heavenly

  • 5 of 5

This property had everything one needs to a perfect ski week in the mountains. We could walk to the ski lift in about 10 minutes, it was so convenient that we could come back to the place for lunch and not waste too much time. The property was clean and comfortable and included all the amenities one would have in their own home. I would definitely stay here again!
