Our very comfortable home-away-from-home is updated with all tile flooring, stainless appliances and granite countertops. It has everything you need to enjoy a fantastic family vacation at the beach! Perfectly located on the EAST corner of the 6th floor, it offers unobstructed views of the beach and pool below.

Enjoy breath-taking direct views of the white sandy beaches and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico from the living room, dining room and kitchen in this light-filled corner unit. Or you can relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of the Gulf from the comfort of the Gulf front balcony. We watch dolphins play and fish right in front of the building almost every time we visit.... very cool!

Master Bedroom: King size bed with luxury mattress set, wall mounted flat screen HD TV and private bath.

2nd Bedroom: King size bed, wall mounted flat TV, dvd player

3rd Bedroom: Twin beds, wall mounted flat TV

Kitchen: Fully Equipped with everything you need and a large breakfast bar with 4 barchairs.

Living Room: Large flat screen HD TV, dvd player, and a selection of books, dvd movies, and free WIFI are included.

The Phoenix 1 is gated, well maintained, and has lots of amenities to enjoy. There are two hot tubs, a sauna, ping pong, racquetball and tennis (at Ph2) all on the property. You can enjoy the beautiful heated outdoor pool with a waterfall, and the adjacent kiddie pool and grilling area. Chair and umbrella service is offered (seasonal)on the beach for your relaxation and comfort. The complex is convenient to lots of great restaurants, shopping, golf, put-put, go-karts,etc. There is everything to do in Orange Beach.....or do nothing at all! :-D

Our family first visited Orange Beach in 1997 and we knew right away that it was a place to which we would return! Our daughters enjoy the sand and surf and all the available activities in the complex and around Orange Beach. We enjoy the relaxing atmosphere; --its the perfect place to 'unwind'.

We love the Phoenix 1! This property is gated and well maintained with all the amenities you want for a relaxing vacation. There is everything to do, or do nothing at all-- whatever you want. The location in Orange Beach is central to plenty of dining, shopping and entertainment. Orange Beach is so relaxed and laid back and is only 4 miles east of downtown Gulf Shores. Its absolutely the best of the Alabama gulf coast!

Easter Weekend Getaway

Thanks for a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and inviting and the extra beach equipment was very nice to have. The location was great - an easy walk to Ruby Slipper for Easter breakfast. I would definitely recommend this unit to family and friends.

A great way to unwind!

You can tell the owners of the condo take great pride in their home as each and every detail put you in full relaxation mode. The condo was clean and the closet full of beach items was an extra bonus. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony each morning and having a washer and dryer available to us was great to dry our towels between visits to the beach and pool. We loved The Wharf and were able to watch the Thursday night fireworks from the bedroom balcony. I feel blessed that our family was able to take a week away from all of life's stresses and recharge in this beautiful setting. Thank you for sharing your home with us and I look forward to a return trip.

Beautiful place. Owner takes great care of the condo. Nice location and nice view of the beach. Our stay was great and would rent this condo again. Thanks for the great customer service. Any time I had a question, Dee was quick to answer it. They were great to work with and never had any issues getting back to us. Thanks again.

A very pleasant place to enjoy the beach!

We enjoyed this place very much. The location and view is ideal. The space is kept very neat and clean. Your basic needs are there. Before we even arrived, the owner informed us she was in the process of putting in new furniture, which is always a bonus, (I always like knowing someone cares about the upkeep of the place) and if we had questions she got right back to us. A very pleasant place to stay.

Very clean and kept.

Very clean and kept in condo and the grounds. Kitchen stocked. Small balcony. Mattess in middle bedroom needs to be replaced- hard as a rock. Mattress in master very good.

Owner's Response: Brandy, as a matter of due diligence I did contact the previous two guests who stayed in the condo before you and no one had any problems with either of the mattresses. WE, however, were no longer pleased with the mattress in the master bedroom so we replaced that one only days after your stay. CLEARLY, mattress firmness is a personal preference --so sorry it wasn't perfect for you. We do take all our guests comments seriously and work hard to keep our condos in great shape for our own comfort and the comfort of our valued guests. Thanks for staying, it was a pleasure to share our home with you.
