great property for a holiday with friends

  • 5 of 5

5/5 would stay again.

We visited in mid january for a annual ski trip. Breckenridge is down the street ( really is 15min away), Vail is a little down the freeway (~30min). We were 5 couples + 1 and no one felt cramped or had to wait for the bathrooms. The dining room table was large enough to accommodate a big group meal.

The fireplace and heaters kicked in pretty quickly (great because the temp dropped to -10 C outside), and the hot tub and grill in the backyard was very useful. The hot tub got to be somewhere between warm and hot, but most of us wanted hot-hot, it easily fit 5 adults, and probably could've fit 2 more. The backyard is visible from the neighbor driveway and such, but we didn't feel uncomfortable hanging out in the tub.

There is a walmart and whole foods down the street, which was great for all the things people forgot to bring (like shampoo, soap, snacks, swimming trunks), and we were able to easily fit a truck, suv, and sedan in the parking spaces provided.

There is a neighbor(?) with friendly dogs that probably pooped in front of the house. 5/5 would stay again (next year).

Perfect House for Christmas break!

  • 5 of 5

Wow! We LOVED this house! The process with seamless, thanks to Katherine for making it easy. We had two families staying under this roof during Christmas break, and it was perfect for us. Spacious with a good size living room, 5 bedrooms, a big kitchen table, and of course the hot tub! There is also a living room/tv in the lower level which is nice as there are two bedrooms down there. The house also has everything you need from toiletries to spices for cooking. The beds were extremely comfortable, we all felt like we were at home during our four night/five day stay. Lastly, the location is ideal: Frisco is such a cute town with great proximity to Breckenridge and I-70. We skied at Copper twice and enjoyed Frisco Winter Adventure Park. Thanks Kate for an amazing Christmas vacation!!

Great location, lots of space

  • 4 of 5

We stayed here with another family for 4 nights. The location was perfect (we skied at Copper Mtn). The condo has a great layout for families and was very well equipped with everything! Hot tub was clean and plenty of towels. The only trouble we had was with the toilets getting plugged easily. We would definitely stay here again!

LIfe Is Good!

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful time – the home is located centrally in a quiet neighborhood which made it easy to access bike paths and fishing areas. All 5 beds were exceptional along with the linens! The kitchen was stocked well with spices, oil sugar, foil, etc. Plenty of utensils, wine glasses, sharp knives, a kitchen aid, great pans and roasters – all of which made cooking much more enjoyable. The house is tastefully decorated and very clean. The washer and dryer look new – very helpful. The back deck and hot tub were perfect! There’s also a Whole Foods a couple of blocks away. Life is good!

VRBO Owner finds another Great location!

  • 5 of 5

Our own VRBO condo is too small for our two-generation family of 11 adults, so this 5bedroom/4bath was just what we needed for space and privacy. The three level townhome was well-equipped with kitchen ware, large refrigerator, multiple flat screens, large table for eating and family games, wi-fi, washer & dryer and great private hot tub on deck. Kate was very helpful with explanations of the amenities. We learned the nephews are fantastic cooks, so Moms and Aunts don't have to do everything! We enjoyed our New Years holiday at this Frisco location. It would be a wonderful location anytime of the year!

Multi-family ski vacation

  • 5 of 5

Our group of 10 (5 adults, 5 kids) very comfortably stayed in this property for 4 nights. The photos do not depict how much space this property really has. The kitchen had everything we needed.....and more. We even grilled steaks on the deck in the snow. The furnishings do not appear to be "leftovers", but are high quality items bought specifically for the home. The hot tub was very nice and provided relief for our sore muscles. The kids used the well-stocked game cabinet to entertain themselves in the evenings. Having a Safeway, WalMart, and multiple ski rental shops just down road was useful for those little forgotten items. Breeze ski rental did a good job of hooking us up with the equipment we needed to ski Copper mountain. The entire home was clean and well maintained and Kate was helpful and responsive to all of our questions...she has thought of everything. We will definately recommend this to our friends and look forward to staying here again.
