This nice and cozy single family 3 bdrms & 1.5 bath, w/ nice open floor plan, a new carport, a large yard which is spacious enough for a boat and lots of cars is worth checking out! Just 10 min. drive away from the city of Kapolei; 15 min. drive away from the world's famous Ko Olina Resort & 15 min. drive to the shopping outlets of Waikele Shopping Center where tourists love to shop! Also, there is a new shopping complex that just came up where SAFEWAY is, RUSSO'S ITALIAN RESTAURANT, CITY MILL, McDonalds, etc.
This home is in the older part of Ewa Beach.... & across Fort Weaver Road is the prestigious new community development called OCEAN POINTE! Yes, Ocean Pointe is such a gorgeous place..... but watch out for strict rules, guidelines & restrictions, such as cars being towed when parked in the wrong spot or missed to take care of your front yard, etc.! Not this nice older home.........& they surely say oldies but goodies!
This newly refurbished home can be for anybody...... but the ideal profile of tenants for this unique property in my opinion would be:
a). Possible workers/employees sent by contractors in the Mainland who has a project here for months and looking for something with reasonable price! As current research shows that there's scarcity of furnished homes for rent, except for hotels and resort places, where else can you find a place, such as this? Compare renting in a hotel where there is no kitchen and hardly any parking and there's not much room to roam around ...with this place with a huge corner lot... and feel the difference! Shopping Center, grocery stores, restaurants, elementary/intermediate/high school, banks are just around the corner! Oppps, the beach is just minutes away! Also, Barber's Point offering a white sandy beach is close by for you to enjoy swimming and picnics! If you love to eat and shop, well, Costco, Target, Walmart and other big stores are only 5 - 10 min. drive!
b). Because this home is very spacious, it is ideal for large families who wants extended vacation, as the hotels and resort places are just designed for short term rentals, otherwise, your expense would be massive!
c). Some group of friends from some where else outside of Hawaii may want to explore this paradise but can not afford on their own, so they can chip in to pay for their rent, in order to fit their budget!
d). It may be ideal for those who wants to move to Hawaii ... but wants to try it out for months first before finally making up their final move!
e). Do you love fishing and have a boat but having difficulty in finding a place to park it? Well, this strongly built carport, with a high ceiling is perfect for that valuable boat of yours! There's so much more to describe this property...... but the highlights mentioned above will help you visualize on what the property can offer you!
REMARKS: This humble home is owned by 8 siblings who inherited a little money from the old parents that went to HEAVEN! Instead of distributing the small amount money and spent for shopping, they decided to add more money to it and purchased this home. As they were trapped into the tight real estate market, they pulled themselves together and work hard to keep it..., put their heart and soul, so as not to let go of the legacy that the parents left behind! This home offers a lot of love and care!

About the owner: Although this is not a resort type of property like the others, I thought that this is a good property for a large family who just want to come for an extended visit and does not want to stay in a hotel! Sometimes, workers come for a couple of months and this is a great place for them. Of all the 8 siblings that own this property, I am the only one who knows how to tap into this kind of advertising & I am getting better at it. I am a pure Filipina lady, came to America in 1978, have 2 sons, 2 grandsons and another grandson coming this June, 2015. I am an honest/godly woman and always treat people nicely. I have been working very hard in making the place real nice for the upcoming tenants. Recently a long term tenant for over a year just left, therefore, enormous time and effort has been exhausted to spruce up, renovate and upgrade this home, for comfort to the new guests. Why the Owner Chose Ewa, Ewa Beach, HI, USA:
Nice and spacious.... CONVENIENT LOCATEION...... & LOTS PARKING. Just tent fumigated to eradicate rodents, pests! Just upgraded to add nice touch ups, had a general cleaning in all areas to add spark to the home, updated some lightings, pressured washed, REASONABLE PRICE. If limited on budget and you have a large group of people, this is way better that squeezing in a hotel! Also, the kitchen is open and has lots of counter space and cabinets. Has front loader washer. Nice parking area.... and this is a huge corner lot.... with little landscaping, as we just installed a automatic sprinkler. Master's bedroom has new sliding windows, with ceiling fan, window a/c that was just maintained for proper cooling. The other 2 bedrooms, has lots of windows that captures cools breezes; has window a/c also. Master's has queen size bed; 2nd has queen size bed; 3rd has a full size bed; in the back of the dining area has an extra bed, which is my favorite place to stay when visiting the place... simply because of nice cross ventilation. Also, the den by the laundry has another full size bed. So now, you know why I said it is IDEAL FOR LARGE FAMILY. If it is only few people, that is okey, as you can lay your stuff on the beds, If you need to. It is better to have plenty of beds than not having enough!
