This immaculate non-smoking, two bedroom/two bath Tucker Mountain Lodge condo is the perfect place to spend your vacation. Keep an eye on the high flying boarders in the Copper Superpipe right from your bedroom! This unit has a great deck to enjoy after skiing or just to watch the world go by.

Our unit is nicely organized with two good sized bedrooms on opposite sides of the unit to provide privacy (see photos for layout).

We love to cook, so the kitchen is well outfitted with top quality equipment if you decide you’d like to come back and relax for lunch or put some stew in the crock pot for dinner.

Local On-Call Staff

Even though we privately manage our condo, we have contracted with a local management company to do check-in/check-out, on-call and post-stay inspection services. If you have any problems with the condo or keys, there will be someone that's just a phone call away that can come and help.

Check-in/Check-out

You'll check-in with our local manager in Frisco, which is an easy on/off from I-70 just a few minutes from Copper.

Check-in/arrival time is 4:00 P.M.

Check-out/departure time is 10:00 A.M.

Parking

There is a large, heated underground parking garage directly under our building. There is only room for one car per unit in the garage. There is a free overflow lot (the Apline Lot) at Copper Mountain for additional vehicles. There are luggage carts and elevators that makes unloading a breeze.

A few house rules and caveats: no pets or smoking are allowed. No more than 6 guests at any time. Our unit does not have a landline phone. Due to Colorado tax law, we do not rent our unit for periods longer than 30 days.

Why Robert Swindler (owner) chose Copper Mountain

Copper Mountain is one of our favorite places to ski and Tucker Mountain Lodge is right in the middle of it all. It truly is the mountain with everything for everyone: tree skiing, bowl skiing, great bumps, great beginner terrain, varied intermediate terrain, a top notch terrain park and a world class half pipe. It's fun to get to watch professional snowboarders catching huge air and doing amazing tricks right from our condo!

We love that we're just steps from the lifts. It's so nice to just pop back to the condo for a relaxing lunch or to be able to run in to quickly change gear if the weather changes without having to hassle with masses of people in the main ski lodge.

In the summer, the fishing in the area is great, the golf course is beautiful and challenging, and some of our favorite restaurants in Colorado are close by. We can ride bikes over to Vail or down to Frisco and Breckenridge without leaving the bike path, which is a great way to enjoy the beauty Colorado offers.

What makes this condo unique

Fantastic, Cozy, Convenient Condo!

My husband, son (20), and I had a wonderful 5 night stay (the week before Christmas) in VRBO #391910 two bedroom condo. It was a corner unit at the end of the hall that offered additional window light and a great layout. We never felt crowded. There was ample storage for our ski gear and regular clothes. Everything was in working order, updated, tasteful, and very clean. We only made a simple breakfast a few times so we weren’t able to take advantage of all the kitchen had to offer. (Dinners were either take out or dine out). I appreciated that there were sufficient supplies provided such as garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, bathroom travel sized toiletries etc. We never needed to replenish these during our stay. Sitting by the gas fireplace was great after a day of skiing to warm up. The unit is truly cozy and inviting. There was no one above us which kept things relatively quiet. Because our unit faced the village you could hear people sometimes, but not enough to interfere with sleeping. Earplugs are helpful if you are a light sleeper. The master bedroom looked out at the shops and restaurants below. Above these you could see some of the mountains. The second bedroom had a view of the half pipe and some slopes beyond. There is a nice sized balcony that is probably great in the warmer months to enjoy. The location of Tucker Mountain Lodge was excellent. We were able to easily walk to American Eagle and American Flyer ski lifts. Restaurants and shops were also very convenient. You’re pretty much in the heart of Center Village. We were even able to walk to where we picked up our ski rentals. Our car rental stayed in the heated garage until the day of our departure. Coordinating the booking was easy and the owner was very helpful when I called a few days before our trip to ask some last minute questions. I would definitely recommend this particular unit when coming to Copper Mountain.

10% discount for stays of 7 or more nights excluding holiday weekends (already reflected in weekly pricing).

- 10% discount for stays booked less than 14 days before you arrive.
- $110 cleaning fee waived for stays of 4 or more nights during ski season, 7 or more nights otherwise.

Flexible payment terms are available:
Note that to get these payment terms, you must use the Send Email button on this page to send us your inquiry and you need to ask us for the flexible payments. If you use a Book It or Book Now button on the VRBO/Homeaway web site, or in one of the messages that VRBO emails to you, you will need to make a single payment for the full amount. We apologize for this hassle, but VRBO has forced their booking and payment model on us recently and we can only work within it.

If more than 6 months in advance:
We can break the rental fees into three payments: the first payment, due the day you reserve, will be for $500 plus the VRBO service fee. The second, due 4 months before you arrive, will be for half of the rental fee. The final payment is due 30 days before you arrive.

If more than 2 months in advance:
We can break the rental fees into two payments: the first will be for the deposit plus half of the rental fee plus the VRBO service fee. The second payment will be for the remaining balance and is due 30 days before you arrive.

Less than 2 months in advance:
We can send you a single payment request for the full amount of the rental.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
