Master w queen bed, private bath. 2 other rooms upstairs with twin beds in each. Living room equipped with sleeper sofa. Fully equipped modern, stocked kitchen. New, in-condo fast wi-fi system. Back Porch sitting area w/ umbrella table. A very comfortable home for a week... or for ever!

Unit ideally located near entrance of Ocean Walk, across from pool, literally steps away from lovely duck pond, fitness center, and tennis courts. Don't take the long, slow drive way back into this large complex each time you come and go!! Beautifully landscaped grounds. Located in the heart of St. Simons Island Village (8 minute walk from front door), with great dining and shopping. Two minute drive to beach. Bike anywhere. Lovely neighborhood.

I graduated from Widener University with a BS in the Hospitality Management and have worked in the industry for over 35 years at various hotels, restaurants, country clubs, catering venues and presently with a special events company. I have been visiting St. Simon's Island for years and have thoroughly enjoyed all that it has to offer. Having traveled extensively up and down the East coast through many small beach towns, there is something special here on the Island. I encourage you to see for yourself! If you're not staying on the beach itself, Ocean Walk truly offers the 'real feel' of St. Simons. An affordable, centrally located spot no where near any busy thoroughfare, but yet, a walk or bike ride to anything the island offers. Ocean walk is very neatly kept and offer's a kid friendly atmosphere with its pools and duck pond. However, will find that children do not dictate your surroundings. A real nice balance...enjoy a cocktail, while the children are entertained!

Perfect location on the island

The condo is clean, with every thing you need - TP, soap, towels, kitchen items. The beds were very comfortable too. We loved having a short walk to the pier area (since parking is insane on the weekends!).

Great condo, excellent value!

Our vacation was excellent. The condo was just as described and in a great location to walk to the pier and shops. We have four children so it was wonderful to find a place that actually sleeps six in their own bed. We loved the set up and the pools. I planned some slow cook meals for our busy beech days and lugged our crock put with us but to my surprise one was there. The kitchen was well stocked and the place was super clean. We loved our stay and the kids are still taking about it. We would stay again next year.

Beautiful decorated and comfortable stay.

Nice and clean everything was as expected. Great location to the pool and the village. Only issue we had was the fridge and freezer didn't work properly. Other than that would definitely stay there again.

Great stays, ALWAYS!

I first stayed at G3 a little over a year ago just as Jim was taking over ownership. It was super clean, well stocked, roomy, and comfortable, albeit the décor was a bit worn and dated. Easily overlooked due to its many amenities: nice patio area for outside dining/relaxing, 2 heated pools (one right across the drive), duck pond , outdoor grills w/ seating area, short walk to the Village (8-10mins) for food, fun, sightseeing/shopping, etc., biking distance to nearby beaches although parking is plentiful, and complex is very family oriented. I've had the pleasure of staying there more than a half dozen times since then and each time I'm greeted w/ an unexpected surprise: Jim has installed new carpet and flooring throughout, painted several rooms and the stairwell, replaced and updated furniture including a very handy sleeper sofa, painted the master bedroom, and provided new comforter sets on all beds. He has also added charm to the condo by hanging original art pieces as well as a helm light above the dining table. Making arrangements w/ Jim is always super easy, he goes above and beyond to make sure that my stay is excellent, and it always is. I want for nothing during my stays and continue returning to this same location because I am assured of a wonderful experience. I can't wait to go again and look forward to many stays at this lovely place!!

Great Condo

We rented this condo for our "Mom Retreat" girls get away. The condo and location were great. It's just a short walk from the shops and pier. Its located across from the pool which was a big plus. Plenty of space for our group which was 5 people. We are already planning our dates for next year. I would recommend this place to anyone.
