Our home is located in simply one of Denver's BEST neighborhoods and CENTRAL TO EVERYTHING! A convenient 12 minute drive from Downtown, Walk to Cherry Creek, Parks, Restaurants, Shopping, about 35 minutes to Denver International Airport and 15 minutes to the I-70 West corridor for access to the Rocky Mountains. It just doesn’t get much better!

In 2014 we completed an extensive renovation and added new appliances as well as many new features including all new marble and tile bathrooms with granite tops in the Kitchen. You'll enjoy warm colors in every newly painted room along with our comfortable furnishings.

Also provided is an OUTDOOR HOT TUB in our beautiful and unique Denver setting overlooking the large backyard with HAMMOCK surrounded by the 70 foot pine trees. The OUTDOOR DINING area is shaded with a PATIO UMBRELLA. The home also offers quiet off and on street parking.

Here are a few HOUSE RULES to consider before providing a reservation request:

* The responsible guest must be at least 30 years of age

* 8 Guest Maximum overnight occupancy

* 12 Guests + Visitors Maximum occupancy at any time on the property

* 4 Vehicles (Guests + Visitors) permitted on property and/or street

* Smoking inside of our home is not permitted

* Events / parties are not permitted

* Pets not permitted..... we love em, but some guests have allergies

* Hot Tub available year round from 8am to 10pm. Respectful noise levels please :-)

Great home in Denver, convenient to everything

We had a great week at this home in Denver. With 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, it was a perfect location for our family to stay in comfort, and it's very well located close to Rt 25 (to head to Boulder or Colorado Springs) and major downtown thoroughfares that make it easy to get to Denver's sights. The back yard and hot tub provided a relaxing environment to wind down in the afternoons. Michael was easy to get in touch with and responded promptly to any questions. Highly recommend!

Pretty cool house

It has everything you need to enjoy a night in and is close enough to downtown and Cherry Creek to enjoy a night out. The neighborhood is very safe and there is easy access to walking and running trails. The home was very clean and comfortable. The only down side was there are no curtains in the dining room which faces the street. The owners were attentive and shoveled the walk for us when it snowed.

Lovely home! They have thought of everything!

I couldn't resist a 5-star rating because this home is beautiful, comfortable, and meticulously maintained. It felt "eat off the floor clean" when we arrived, and it seemed that every comfort of home had been thought of for us. The beds were comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. This home made the perfect get away for my family of adult children and our friends, 7 in all. We walked 20 minutes to a delightful strip with several restaurants and bars for dinner. Max's Gill and Grill was the best meal we had all week!

The owners are attentive and quick to respond, but they also live next door and are very sensitive to noise on the back patio. The first morning we received a text saying we were receiving our first warning about being too loud on the patio the night before and one more complaint would terminate our rental. Though I found no policy laid out in the rental agreement about 2 strikes and your homeless in Denver, but they threatened to enforce this policy if any neighbor decided we were too loud just one more time. The noise we were cited for was laughing and talking too loudly on the patio, while in the hot tub.

So, the home is perfect, the location is perfect, and if you're a quiet group, you can look forward to a lovely trip. I would only warn that if you have any loud talkers/laughers in your group and don't prefer the nausea inducing anxiety of being told your family will be homeless without a refund if anyone complains about you, for the rest of the trip, than it may not be for you. That truly is the only complaint I have, and I mention it on this review only to make sure future renters know they're serious about the noise rules, even if their 2-strikes rule is not posted. Aside from this, they took excellent care of us, and I can't think of a more lovely way to have enjoyed the city of Denver!

Great Location to stay in Denver

This is a superb place to stay in Denver. House is in a quite and nice neighborhood but located very central.

The House was very clean and well equipped. We loved the big private garden as well as the hot tub.

Michael and Zoe are very kind and helpflul if you need anything.

We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO residence. Michael was very helpful. This residence is exactly as described. It is roomy, comfortable, clean, and located in a wonderful neighborhood close to shopping. We really enjoyed everything about this place, especially the back yard. I would highly recommend this home to everyone! We hope to be able to return again next summer.
