About Coyote Casitas , Sally McNeil-Blimling
Purchased the property 13 years ago as a second home. There was a separate large garage. Recently, we have built a new garage with a large casita behind our house. This is zoned commercial and will be a short-term rental as it is located within Kayenta Art Village. My husband is an architect and I have been a real estate

Why Coyote Casitas , Sally McNeil-Blimling chose Kayenta
broker for over 20 years in two other states. This property was so enchanting with the serene desert and red mountains, it appealed to all of our needs for a second home. The Santa Fe design of the houses was also utmost in our decision, having close ties with New Mexico in the past. Since, my son has come to live with us from back east, it made for a perfect fit. He could manage it while we traveled occasionally . It is a lovely piece of property near national parks and in an almost exclusive adult community. There is much to do and many cultural events. A theatre is in the process of construction within the village and walking distance from the casita. The gourmet coffee shop offers delicious food and is also open on the weekends for evening meals. The community has many people from all over the country who have either retired in this area or have a second home. It is because the area offers so many nearby parks, sports events, cultural events and just everyday sightseeing. The mountains of red rock "kayenta" are a view that never grows tiresome and one of enlightenment on a daily basis. Come see for yourself and you will know why we chose this spot. Pictures cannot describe the beauty nor the feeling of serenity.

I loved it, from the moment I walked into the 'Casita" I felt right at home. The views of the red rock mountains & the desert were magnificent & the casita is lovely & has everything in it that one might need. The owners Sally & Sam couldn't have been more gracious. There is a lovely restaurant & art stores within a 2 min walk from the casita. Simply put it is a peaceful, tranquil spot that I highly recommend to anyone wanting some time away. I can't wait to return!
A beautiful, comfortable and spacious retreat in the heart of Kayenta. What more could one want?
Lovely stay in Kayenta
Rich and I enjoyed our stay in Ivins. Sally's place was perfect for the two of us and our puppy, Zoey. It was great to have a place where we could bring her with us. We enjoyed strolling around the shops at Kayenta and eating at the restaurant there, Xetava, which we recommend. We did some hiking in Snow Canyon area and next time intend to bring our bikes down. The casita was well furnished, had all the cooking items we needed for eating in. We both enjoyed the big soaking tub. The view off the back patio is spectacular, and the location is very quiet. We would definitely consider booking this unit again if and when we return to St. George.
Lovely Desert Getaway
The location of this Casita is stunning! It is in the perfect location for hiking or biking or just watching the stars and red rock. The casita has a large bedroom, even larger bathroom and a nice living space with a full kitchen. There is a wonderful restaurant 2 minutes away and all the necessities of St George in around 15 minutes. We will definitely return!
Nice, quiet location but not too far from town. The property was excellent, very clean and nicely furnished. The hosts were wonderful and were happy to help us with anything we needed. We had a great time staying here and I highly recommend.
This locality has much to offer; there will be brochures about
the current activities depending on what date you travel to "coyote
casita." The local coffee shop which is just down the hill; will
also have all the info. The art village which is the location of the
casita has several festivals throughout the year. Spring and fall
seem to be the most popular for events. Check out the St. George, UT events of the year. There are many and are listed on internet.
