Ideal for extended or 2 families, Bluewater has 2 private levels, 5 BR (1 semi private single), 2 BA and comfortably sleeps 9 (or 11, with a comfortable gel queen sleeper sofa for up to 2 additional overflow guests). Guests can spread out comfortably in multiple living areas: an open living/dining/kitchen area (fully-equipped, but no DW), deck/dining area overlooking Lake Michigan, an enclosed screened porch perfect for watching sunsets and a back shaded flagstone patio area. No A/C, but lots of windows, fans and cross breezes.
Saturday to Saturday ONLY during Peak Summer season. Apologies, but ABSOLUTELY NO large, loud gatherings, weddings, pets or smokers. We are part of a charming, tightly knit and very closely-situated community of small cottages (where noise travels easily) with nearby neighbors who enjoy this quiet beach-front setting. We wish to preserve their goodwill. We are looking for guests who will be respectful of these parameters. Thank you for your understanding.
High speed wireless internet, 2 cable TVs, W/D, linens/towels, beach chairs/umbrellas and numerous books, games, puzzles and toys - just bring bathing suits and groceries (and bikes for fantastic trails)! Upper level wheelchair accessible (but not fully ADA accessible. . . ).

Walking distance to Sandy Point Beach House and 15 minutes' drive to loads of other excellent dining options, breweries (New Holland, Big Lake, Odd Sides, etc.), antiques and art galleries, Holland Farmer's Market, blueberry picking and quaint shopping in nearby Holland, Grand Haven, Saugatuck and Douglas. 45 minutes to Grand Rapids dining, breweries (Founders, The Mitten, Brewery Vivant) and exceptional cultural offerings (Meijer Gardens, Grand Rapids Museum, Ford and Grand Rapids Children's Museum, etc.).
