Great view of mountains, open floor plan, two car garage with remote and room for extra parking. Simple to find .Close to South Town Expo Center, Fashion Place Mall, South Town Mall, and Jordan Commons Theaters, as well as Union Point Theaters. If you are a skier, ski-N-see rentals are walking distance from home, selling lift tickets to all the resorts at a discounted rate. Clean and up to date, vacation home with lots of charm. No smoking! No pets! Minutes from pristine snow shoe trails. There are endless, hiking, biking and snowmobiling trails available to explore. It is easy and affordable to rent snow shoes, skis, bikes, snowmobiles and motor cycles. The rental shops are all within a 1-10 mile radius. Len and I use these mountains continually and are willing to share our 'secrets' with our renters.
The golf courses are amazing and affordable. Because of the mountains, some of the tee box shots are magnificent and elevated, giving you some of the most first hand sights of sunsets that will leave you breathless. Clubs are easy to rent, or bring your own and store them in the spacious 2 car garage that is attached to this 4 bedroom home. We live 3 miles away from this rental and will give you suggestions about anything from grocery shopping to our favorite restaurants in the valley. Come and experience what Salt Lake City has to offer, you will be greatly surprised and hopefully return soon with friends and/or family.

I am a custom builder in the Salt Lake valley I have been doing so for 31 years. My wife is from Chicago we love it here because there are so many outdoor things to do winter or summer. We hike, ski, camp, snow shoe, bike and float the rivers in our area.

I have several rental properties that I rent out yearly, this property just seemed like the perfect location for someone to stay short term, because it is walking distance from shopping, restaurants, and the Bus Line. Easy to find, straight shot from I-15. There are biking trails, hiking trails, golf courses, ski resorts, shopping areas, restaurants and more. It is easy to get to a variety of locations within 30 minutes or less!
Because it is so close to Little Cottonwood road and such a quiet area for someone from out of town, it's a find. Fabulous view of the mountains.
Just completed a fantastic trip to Utah for skiing and this house helped make the visit easy and enjoyable. Perfect location just west of Little Cottonwood Canyon, makes it a great choice if you're skiing in those places. The beds were comfortable, kitchen modern and well appointed, and everything worked as promised. With a garage to keep the car in, getting out in the morning was simple and moving in and out a breeze. We will definitely plan to stay here on our next visit to the Utah powder.
This stay over the Thanksgiving Holiday was our second time renting this home.
It is a very nice, clean a great place to stay. We stay with our adult children and grand kids, and we all have plenty of space. The downstairs family room is a great place for the kids to hang out!.
Close to shops and the freeway! We will sure rent again when we come back to Utah.

Check in was one of the easiest out of all the places I've stayed. I travel a lot for work. The two main things I look for are location and comfort. This place exceeded my expectations. The owner is very accommodating and will be on property within minutes if needed.

This is our 2nd visit staying in this home. Very clean, just like the last time in 2012. Great WiFi. An improvement from last visit. It is very convenient to restaurants and grocery stores in Sandy. We have skied Utah 9 of last 10 years. We are fans of Alta. This house is 20-25 minutes from Albion parking lot. We will stay here again.
What a fantastic home. The info had indicated that the house was ideally located for both winter and summer activities. Not only is the house close to everything, Brighton, Solitude, Alta and Snowbird, but it is also very close to restaurants, shops, grocery stores and the light rail which can whisk you to Salt Lake City and points in-between. I even understand that you can catch the light rail at the airport if you are flying and be dropped off within a few miles of the house. The home was very clean and well furnished with excellent views of the mountains. We also enjoyed the two horses living just across the street. Those guys sure do enjoy apples. The parking is excellent with a two stall garage and ample additional parking at the rear of the house. Len, the owner lives just a few miles away and was very friendly and helpful. There were five guys in our group and we all were very pleased with the accommodations, so much so that I have already made reservations for next year. Thanks Len for letting us use your beautiful home. PS ... We especially enjoyed the Black Bear Diner and the pizza place just a block away (and also the "Sub Zero" ice-cream parlor.
