Our guests come back year-after-year to enjoy the quiet and relaxing atmosphere of the richly decorated, luxurious condominium homes of Puunoa Beach Estates. Our oceanfront home is located on the warm, calm waters of a unique white-sandy beach nestled between Lahaina and Kaanapali in West Maui. No noisy high-rises or crowded pools, just the Maui that you remember.
Our newly remodeled two bedroom, two bath condo is ideally located between Kaanapali and Lahaina, on the west side of Maui about 30 minutes from the Kahalui airport. No need to worry about driving & searching for parking in town, we are located just two blocks from some of the Maui's Best Award-Winning Restaurants and Bars including Kimo's, Bubba Gump's, David & Paul's, Cheeseburger in Paradise, and many more!
Our home comes beautifully furnished with a King Bed in both the Master and Second Bedroom along with a Queen Bed in the Den. The Den is small and does not have a closet and is best suited to one adult or two small children. Note: We do not have a sleeper sofa.
Both Bathrooms are equipped with pocket doors that section off the bathroom & shower area from the vanity area making it easy for multiple people to get ready at one-time! Limited to Five guests including small children

My Wife & I retired about ten years ago and have since spent much of our time traveling... We have three children that are now grown but we still come together several times a year to vacation on Maui! We hope that you will enjoy your time on Maui as much as we have.

Why Larry chose Lahaina
Our family has been visiting Maui for over 30 years... Each of our children first visited Maui while still in diapers. We chose Puunoa Beach because we were looking for the perfect location for kids... A beach with calm warm water and some shade. Our home is on 'Baby Beach'.... a little known respite from the noisy resort atmosphere of Kaanapalli... Safe, warm and very kid friendly....
What makes this Condo unique
The best thing about unit 205 is that it is directly on the beach, less than forty feet from the waters edge. Being on the top level not only allows us to enjoy maximum views but also the piece of mind that comes with being able to leave our windows and doors open at night without having to worry unlike the first floor residents. The sound of the surf breaking over the reef at night makes you feel like you're truly on 'vacation!' There's nothing quite like it!

This is our second visit to this condo. We had 2 couples stay from April 9-19, 2018. Our stay was wonderful. Larry is quick to answer all your questions. You can sit on the balcony and watch the beach. Nothing like it. Quick walk to Lahaina.

Beautiful spacious condo in a quiet location. Ocean front balcony with the beach and ocean as your backyard makes for stunning views. Loved being able to walk into Lahaina and all it has to offer, yet we were on a private and very quiet street and you would never be able to tell that we were so close to town. It was very nice not to have to deal with parking in Lahaina. We even walked to the pier for all of our whale watching excursions. The beds, a/c, ceiling fans, and kitchen amenities were all fabulous. We would highly recommend this rental as we have traveled to Maui more than 30 times in the past and this place is our favorite of all the many places we have stayed. We never wanted to leave!! Thanks for the wonderful accommodations!!

Amazing view and comfortable stay
This place deserves 5 stars and I would have given it 5 stars except for one issue. Construction next door.
1. Location, location, location: 50 feet from the legendary ‘baby beach’ of Lahaina. Perfect for those w small children. No waves though so if you’re a surfer, this is not the place for you.
2. Luxury accommodation: large rooms, comfortable beds, etc... best accommodation for us so far in Maui. We’ve been to Maui 6 timesheet in the last 10 years. Stayed at small motels to resorts.(Hyatt and Hanui Kai).
3. Close to Lahaina center.
4. Quiet neighbors. The gated community only has 10 units total so it is rather quiet which we enjoyed( except for the construction, which I will mention)
1. Construction next door. We stayed at unit 205, which is the end unit. Unfortunately, the next door neighbor was replacing their roof at the time of our stay and few other things. We could hear the nail guns, saws, etc throughout the day, especially when you’re sitting on the lanai, trying to enjoy the sounds of the ocean. The construction would start at 7:30am and last til 3-4? Luckily, really loud sounds were intermittent. And looks like they were almost done w the roof so I don’t think it’ll affect the future rentals. It wasn’t enough of a nuisance to complain to the management.
2. Few bugs here and there. Most came out at night so it didn’t bother us. House is well equipped w bug repellents.
We would definitely return in the future.

beautiful property and ideal location. wonderful beach view and very quiet and comfortable.
property was very clean , spacious and bright. wonderful views of baby beach a hundred of so feet in front with spacious deck . whale watching from the deck as well as great people watching especially with young families.great security with gates and lovely pool area with whirlpool and swimming pool .grounds very well maintained and clean.every one was just amazed by the property and view. will definitely come back.only negative comments were difficulty with /tv which seemed to be needlessly complex to operate ,master bedroom ceiling fan didn't seem to operated would have been nice to have snorkel gear included. These are very small issues to the overall quality of the property.it was great fun for all especially for the other three people who had never been to Hawaii before.very much impressed. Mike Dardis

We absolutely loved our stay here. Three weeks on beautiful Baby Beach. A 5 minute walk into Lahaina. The condo was a good size and well equipped. Coming back next year.
