Master suite with queen size bed and en suite bathroom occupy the entire lower level of the home with a separate front entry door. Master bathroom features a large, jetted tub with a private garden window well featuring a lion's head fountain. There's also a separate, large shower, towel warmer, beverage center, built in hair dryer and laundry hamper in the bathroom. There is an outdoor laundry and seating area on the large covered patio overlooking the pool.

I have traveled most of my life as an apparel sales representative, and truly value great living accommodations. I strive to provide any extras my guests might need so they can be as comfortable as possible during their stay with me. With a degree in design, I'm constantly improving my home to make it as functional as it is beautiful. I really enjoy hosting and entertaining, but also respect the privacy of my guests..

Why owner/property manager chose Eagle Rock

This property is very centrally located to downtown Los Angeles, and the Greater Los Angeles area. You can get to Hollywood in 20 minutes, and the San Fernando Valley in less than 30. Burbank airport is only 20 minutes away and LAX is 40 minutes to an hour depending on traffic. I'm near the MTA Gold Line, Southwest Museum station where you can buy a day pass for only $7.00 and go just about anywhere in this city in a day. I'm half a block from the Glendale freeway which you don't hear at all. Additionally it's very quiet here as I'm up in the hills. It feels like the country when you're here, but in minutes you can get to most any of Los Angeles' hot spots.

What makes this house unique

Beautiful landscape with a terraced private pool and an outdoor poolside eating area and chaise lounges. A large covered patio looks out over the pool with a seating area. A front deck looking out into the hills with another outdoor seating area. The master suite has a separate entrance off of the garage where you can park your car. The en suite bathroom has a large jetted tub, large separate shower, towel warmer, built in hair dryer, coffee/tea bar and two bath robes. The property features 3 picturesque outdoor seating areas: one on the front deck, looking out into the hills, one poolside and another in the large covered patio looking out to the pool.

Ron and Deb were such a pleasure to host in my home. Both of them are so nice, friendly and appreciative. We had a lot in common as both of them are very much into construction and home improvement. They were so kind to me when I purchased a much needed air conditioning unit for the downstairs since our weather this Summer into October has been unseasonably hot. They literally pitched in and did most of the installation for the air conditioning unit so they could sleep comfortably the next very hot October night. They were so thoughtful that the next morning I got an email from them telling me how comfortable they were the next night in our October, 100 degree weather. I really enjoyed their visit, and hope they come back to stay with me in the future. Ron and Deb, the A/C awaits you!

Very Close and Centrally Located to Pasadena, Hollywood, Griffith Park Observatory, Glendale, Burbank, and the San Fernando Valley. Half an Hour Without Traffic from Santa Monica and Venice Beaches. Home is Very Quiet and Peaceful, but Very Close to the Glendale Freeway.

Home away from Home

Our recent stay was above and beyond our expectations. The location was perfect, it seemed our every need, was anticipated, and our stay could not have been more enjoyable.

We were in town to visit our grandchildren so did not take full advantage of all the amenities offered, but at the end of a busy day we returned to a clean, cozy, and comfortable place to unwind, relax, and get a good night sleep.

We look forward to many return stays as we visit our grandchildren in the future. How reassuring to know we have our little “home away from home” awaiting us.

We would highly recommend this serene; hillside haven.

Great Location and amenities

The owner thought of everything! There were snacks and drinks when we arrived. She also had bath bombs and bubble bath along with robes for us to use. The area this is located is close to the highway so getting around was easy. We would stay here again!

A wonderful California home

After spending too many nights in hotels, we decided a few years ago to try vrbo’s when we travel. Our experience was better then expected!! The attention to all the little things made our stay wonderful. When we arrived there was a well stocked fridge with milk and juice along with lots of coffee and snacks . (The pretzels are free folks) considering we paid $7 for a small package of them the night before in the airport hotel. We have already made plans to go back and would recommend this to any couple who are looking for a quiet get away to LA/Burbank or Pasadena. You will become friends quickly with the owner.

Great Location Close to Pasadena

Made this our base for a Rose Parade trip. Super location, close to the freeway. The suite is small but well appointed. There was nothing that we needed. Bathroom is huge and loads of towels and bath products. Microwave and small fridge built into a closet. Host had it stocked with breakfast items and lots of snacks. Bed was comfy and place was immaculate. If you just need a place to get a good nights sleep and start you off in the morning, this is the place. Garage was a nice bonus and the washer/dryer was appreciated.
