This unique home combines Old World elegance with new, modern amenities to give you a comfortable vacation getaway that you will want to come back to! A state-of-the-art home theater system, gourmet kitchen and heated pool are just a few of the upgrades that were designed with your enjoyment in mind. The open floor plan, professional lighting and sound system throughout give you flexibility to create the perfect ambience for cooking, dining, playing outdoors or cozying up to watch your favorite movie.

We aim to stock the kitchen for your convenience by providing basic spices, cooking oils, a large assortment of cookware, servingware and bakeware, lots of kitchen utensils, food storage, and many small kitchen appliances to make food preparation easy. Appliances are Kitchen-Aid stainless steel and include a 90-bottle wine refrigerator and a trash compactor.

From the Kitchen and Dining areas, French doors open to a spacious patio that has separate areas for dining, lounging and splashing around in the pool. An outdoor dining table for 6 sits under the covered patio next to a large grassy area. Nearby, a 6-burner BBQ is the perfect place for grilling and dinner can be served from here or through the custom 4-foot wide pass-through window that connects the Kitchen and Patio with a counter-height bar on either side. Steps away, cozy up to the outdoor fireplace under party lights or take a dip in the sparkling heated pool, complete with waterfall and surrounded by tiki torches and lush landscaping. The grassy area is the perfect place for pets, which can access the backyard on their own through a doggie door in the laundry room.

There are 3 bedrooms configured as a Master (King), Guest Room (Queen), and Guest Room (2 Twins). We will gladly provide an Aerobed for extra sleeping space if needed, which is best set up in the living room. There are two bathrooms, each with an elegant vanity, bathtub and shower. Toiletries to get you started are provided and there are hairdryers in each bathroom.

Please note that this home backs to a well traveled road, and outdoor speakers are placed throughout the yard, around the pool and patio so you can turn up the volume to your favorite music al fresco. The backyard is completely walled and very private but does hear traffic from the nearby road. Located in the heart of Scottsdale, you can travel quickly to the best shopping, dining and golf that Scottsdale has to offer.

This home is ideally located in the center of Scottsdale, close to the best golf courses, shops and restaurants that Scottsdale has to offer. It is just minutes from multiple spring training ballparks, Old Town, and walking distance to the greenbelt that connects the city's parks via a beautiful walking/jogging/biking path.

CJ and Jamie: We just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our vacation here at your Scottsdale house! We are not ready to head back to Minneapolis tomorrow. We love the house! So comfortable and beautifully decorated with high quality furnishings. We also appreciated the high quality appliances. As was stated on VRBO, the location IS many great restaurants & shopping within 5-10 minutes, the the Harkins movie theaters! All of our favorite things to do in the general Phoenix/Scottsdale area was no more than 20 minutes away...hiking at Camelback, Pinnacle Peak and Tom's Thumb; Fashion Square Mall, etc. Of course we loved spending time by the pool at the house, too. It was a wonderful week! Thank you!

Perfect Location, Awesome Manager(s), Beautiful

Our family of five (3 kids: 15, 11, 10) stayed here for a week over mid-winter break. Perfect location to hit local sites with easy access to Interstates etc. Kitchen was super well-stocked with lots of appliances, spices etc. Lots of room to spread out but nice living room space to be all together. Pool is not huge but tired the kids out anyway which was the goal. Property managers super easy to work with and very responsive and nice. Property does back up to busy road but not noticeable in-house and only really noticed outside by pool during AM/PM commute times -- outside stereo system helps to drown out noise. We'd stay again if we go back to P.

Comfort in every aspect!

From the moment we entered, my wife and I knew this was going to be a wonderful month+. A large living room with comfortable furniture in a conversational setting, plus a good size TV and a sound system throughout - inside and outside - spoke to the warmth the owners thought of. We are big on cooking and entertaining and the kitchen and outdoor grilling/eating setup told us that entertaining friends and family who live or were to visit in Phoenix would be special. One of the best features was its proximity to walking, hiking, food shopping and some of the best restaurants we've encountered on trips - some a short walk away (Sanaka - Japanese; Goodman's - Deli; and Crust - Italian/pizza). Definitely 5 star with plans to return here or another of the owners locations.

Beautiful home made an amazing family vacation

Our family of 4 had an amazing vacation in this beautiful home. It was immaculate and homey, it did not feel like a rental. The beds were all very comfortable. Convenient to shopping and Old Scottsdale. Very close to Camelback Mountain which offered a great hike. The kitchen was so well stocked with utensils and pots. There are also so many spices so you don't have to run out for basic needs. The back yard does butt up to a main road which is a little noisy but the yard is so beautiful and private that you soon forget about the traffic sounds. I would highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again. Many thanks to the property managers who answered all of my questions very quickly and made us feel so at home.

Beautiful Home and Location

This was a beautiful home, well kept and in a nice neighborhood close to all amenities. The owners were very kind every step of the way from booking until departure. The home was very clean and had everything you would need to get you started. I cook all my meals due to allergies and all of the utensils where in great condition and very clean. The pool was great, Scottsdale is beautiful, and we enjoyed our stay very much. We did a few things such as visited the Grand Canyon, horse back riding, jeep tour in the desert and we saw a diamond back baseball game. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. I felt very safe and would absolutely stay again. LOVED IT. We will definitely be back.

Excellent Vacation House for Family Vacation

We had a great experience at the Lincoln Villa. The home was just as represented in the description. The location is perfect for shopping, dining in Old Town, golfing, and enjoying the Spring Training games. The pool was perfect and warm enough for my daughter to swim all day. We look forward to staying again.
