Grand Residence In Palo Alto's Most Exclusive Neighborhood
About Anne Butler
My husband and I met nearly twenty years ago in New York City. We have a common love affair for unique properities and renovations. We have spent most of our marriage involved in restoring old gems. We spent the early years of our marriage renovating an 1880's brownstone on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. We would rent it out on Homeaway.com and then go travel the world over with all our children. We have had such fabulous renters from all over the world, and a few of them have even become dear friends. We love renting our home because it is well suited for families. No one with children wants to stay in a hotel and our home is ideal for families. We have all the toys, gear and space you need. In return, it allows us to take our family on incredible vacations. We've circled the globe with our kids and stayed in amazing places all because of renting out our home. Now that we have moved from NYC and now live in Palo Alto - we want to continue the tradition. luckily our home is in a very desirable and exclusive area where people are eager to visit.
Anne Butler purchased this House in 2014
Why Anne Butler chose Crescent Park
My husband's company was bought by HP and we were asked to relocated. I never dreamed we would leave NYC. If you have to move from NYC, the only place worth moving is to Palo Alto. This area is so magical an the closest thing to the Garden of Eden. The housing market here is spectacle. Most listings are sold in a weekend with dozens of offers and even selling for a million dollars over the asking. When we decided to move here, I knew I didn't have time to wait for the right house to come along. I went to the owners of the houses I loved most, and made offers. Luckily, the owners of this house accepted. Houses like this rarely go on the market. They stay in the families for generations or are sold by word of mouth. We feel so luck to have bought this house being new to the area.
What makes this House unique
The location is about as good as you can get. The house itself is grand and has all the details and characters of a bygone era.

We had a great stay and Anne was very attentive to all our needs!
The home is even prettier than the pictures!
Lovely home in Palo Alto
We stayed for a family vacation during Christmas week. 3 couples and 2 unrelated adult men, so 5 bedrooms were ideal. Location is close to downtown restaurants and shopping. We ventured out to San Fran and points north and south.
The kitchen is smallish if you are cooking for a crowd-one oven and a broiler, nice induction cooktop. It is finished with French decor. There's a very nice dining room, living room sitting area and den with high def TV., i.e. lots of nice space for your group to hang out and we weren't even able to enjoy the beautiful patio or pool because of the season!
Felt At Home...
We spent almost two months in this beautiful House this summer , Anne was very Attentive and The House had Everything we Hoped for and More .

I would recommend This House to Anyone
An amazing home nestled in a great neighborhood! The perfect spot to celebrate a Stanford college graduation!!! Stunning outdoor entertaining space!!! The owners and property manager where delightful to work with!! Very comfortable beds too😊.
The most wonderful neighborhood. Walking late at night under the incredible variety of huge trees...looking at all those terrific homes...trying to choose a favorite...just all so fun (not to mention the beautifully decorated home). The Spanish outside porch was everyone's dream of sitting and just looking at children in the pool and running around the large yard....all so very memorable. All expectations surpassed our wishes. Thank-you!
Really nice, great location, in fine neighborhood
Very nice home on a peaceful street, completely as described. We had a lovely time, enjoyed the yard, pool and being close to everything Palo Alto has to offer. The house was clean and well maintained, and the owner was responsive to our needs, we would recommend this to anyone wanting a bit more space and the 'comforts' of home.
Located in the exclusive neighborhood of Crescent Park. Homes regularly sell over $10 Million.
Our street is nicked named Billionaire's row because there are three of Forbes richest people live here.
The homes are incredibly charming and manicured. Most of the homes were build in the 20's and 30's and have the glamour of Old Hollywood.
We are walkable to Sanford campus and downtown Palo Alto. Facebook is just a five minute drive.
