Nature experience, absolute calm in midst of wine yards - close to beaches
About Helene Reymann
I am Danish, but European at heart. Educated in Germany, France and Denmark, I speak all these languages and love the positive challenges of diversity. My kids living in Denmark and Vietnam and my partner being French we have plenty of that all the times :-) - A professional background from fashion and humanitarian work for UN and NGO's. I love outdoor activities and "Les Borrels" are just heaven on earth if you want to enjoy Provence lifestyle close to the sea... and still be away from the crowd.
Helene Reymann purchased this Villa in 2006

What makes this Villa unique
The nature around - you are in the middle of wine yards and wild Provence nature, 300 meters from a little village, 7 km from Hyères city-center and 10-15 km from the most beautiful beaches of the Côte d'Azur. When you come back from the busy sea side, you will be amazed about the total silence, absence of traffic noises... a perfect place to chill out...

a perfect location to discover Provence and the Côte d'Azur. Central location (100km from Marseille, Aix--en-Provence and Cannes - 140 km from Nice Airport, just 1hour30 by highway), in the midst of wine yards - end of valley - a "World's end" feeling - no noise except for nature, even during Peak season - though only 8-15 km to the most beautiful beaches of the Côte d'Azur and the famous Islands of Hyères (Porquerolles, Port Cros, Le Levant). Day trips to "les Gorges du Verdon - 100km away - or just visiting the many romantic Provence Villages (Collobrières, Le Castellet, Fayence amindst many), the first village "bio" in France (Correns - résidence of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt) just 40 km away, les calanques de Cassis (80 km) or a night out in Saint-Tropez (50 km from here). Not to forget the rich history of Hyères - the City where the Côte d'Azur was born late 19th century, when Queen Victoria spent her Winter holiday here and brought with her the British Establishments. Many victorian buildings are the best witnesses of this rich period before the train track was extended to Nice and took over from Hyères start of the 20th Century. Today Hyeres is a cosy little city with a beautiful historic center, several Marina's, many beaches (it's the City in France with the longest coast Line), aso. And if you enjoy a glass of chilly Rosé - Hyères is also the perfect place to visit some of the most famous "Châteaux": Ott, Léoube, Ste Marguérite, Brégançon... To mention just a few... So you can do a lot - but the best is just to stay around the house, enjoy the pool, the nature around - perfect for hiking and biking. You will hear the silence and enjoy it!
