We are relatively new owners to the property and will also be using the home for our personal vacations when it is not rented. We have four great children and work in Boston.
Why Jim Freeman chose Eastham
We have been going to the Cape for our entire life and it was finally time to take the plunge and buy our own vacation home. We are still working and with college students, we need to be responsible, which is why we are also renting the property. This is a great property to relax, enjoy life and be yourself without being afraid to touch anything. It is not a brand new home. We want you to live your vacation to the fullest and have fun. We will add a number of play items to help you experience a true Cape Cod vacation. The house has space so you will not feel cramped and on top of each other or the neighbors. It is quiet during the day as most people go to the beach, shop, fish, or whatever they wish on the Cape. At night it is a group of 15 homes that share a pond, pool and play area while grilling outside or enjoying cocktails on their decks.
What makes this House unique
Right now, the location is the main attraction. We are fixing up the inside bit by bit to make the property more beautiful.

Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
