About Rick Latona
I'm in the Internet Business as my day job. I've been doing it for about 20 years now. I have a wife and two daughters and we all love to travel. The place we love the most is New York and I also come here a lot on business, so when I had an opportunity to get this place I jumped on it. I'm not in the real estate business. I just rent the contents out to help cover my cost.
Rick Latona purchased this Apartment in 2014
Why Rick Latona chose Hell's Kitchen
As stated in my description, the size, style, location, etc are all just perfect. I looked at hundreds of places before finally landing on this one. I love this apartment and I know you will too.

4th of July Weekend with 2 families!
We had a fabulous time spending the 4th in NYC and staying in this Hell's Kitchen apartment. The location can't be beat and the apartment was perfect for 4 adults and 4 kids. The patio was lovely and added to our stay. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to staying there again. Thank you!
Great Columbus Circle apartment
The apartment was in a great location with.lots of space. The windows and terrace provided lots of light, we would definitely stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay in this spacious apartment located a short walk from Central Park and the Red line subway. It was perfect vacation.
Location was great and plenty of room to move around. We had a small problem and management handled right away. We'll be back
Great location but
The apartment is in a great location - very close to Columbus Circle - walking distance to lots of fun stuff.
The furnishings need some help - there should be nightstands on both sides of the bed- there is plenty of room. The living room sofa and chair have caved in arms - and the area rug needs replacing. But the beds and sheets were great - very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked.
Our huge disappointment was not being able to use the exterior balcony. I specifically chose this unit because of that space. Apparently, there had been some leaks and the space was covered in brown tarps, and unusable. Obviously it had been that way for months but I was never informed by the owner- if I had been, I’d have canceled my reservation. After several texts with the owner, he refunded me a small amount per day, but that no way made up for the issue. He should have informed all his future guests of the problem, so they would have a choice wether to rent it or not -honestly, without the balcony it was not worth what he was renting it for.
If renting this property, I’d first confirm that the outdoor space is usable.
To all of those reading this comment, the balcony has been completely redone and is better than ever. For the record, it had not been like that a long time and the building owner has the right to enter the apartment in an emergency such as this and do what they have to do. We begged them to wait until there wasn't a guest there but they wouldn't hear it. Laura was compensated for her troubles. We stand by our 100+ 5 star reviews. People love this apartment, its insides, the balcony and its incredible location.
Great place to stay.
Very nice apartment, 6 of us were very comfortable. Location is great. Owner/manager responds quickly to our questions. Only reason I have it 4 instead of 5 stars is that the patio that was advertised was unuseable.
The best thing about Columbus Circle is that you can get anywhere in Manhattan in 20 minutes or less. 1 block away you can get on 6 different trains, 3 of which are express trains. It's right next to Central Park and a close walk to Times Square. Its a premier address in NYC.
If you walk south, you are walking to Times Square and Midtown.
If you want west, you are heading into Hell's Kitchen were there are many incredible and reasonably priced restaurants.
East and you are going into Midtown were all the business action is.
North and you are going into the Upper West Side to go to the Natural History Museum or enjoy many of the fine restaurants and activities the area has to offer.
And of course, walk to the North/East and in just a few minutes you are in the middle of central park!
Columbus Circle also has a Whole Foods grocery store and an upscale Mall. Just search the internet for "the shops at columbus circle" to find a complete list.
Honestly, I can't say enough good things about this neighborhood. Before I got this apartment I spent 6 months researching the pros and cons of every location. I went with this because its the best for business (Midtown), leisure (Central Park), culture (The Theater District) and near a major subway hub for quick access anywhere in the city.
