Ample parking, 3 in driveway and plenty on street.

I have been doing vacation rentals with the Harbor House for several years and will strive to exceed your expectations. Recent improvements include 55 inch flat screen adjustable so sports can be seen from deck; teak wood chase lounges; deck couch patio set; plumbed in outdoor gas bbq; plumbed in gas fire dish pit on deck; tung oiled custom redwood inlays, gas remote control clicker fireplace, spacious closets and nooks with extra blankets, walkway to beach and new plants for garden like setting on Lake ave, garage available for bike storage/recreation room use

We stayed here for 10 nights around Fourth of July. We have three daughters (13, 17, 20) who each brought a friend.
Location is great -- next to the harbor (we went sailing a couple of days), a block from the beach (including beach volleyball nets and lifeguards), 15 minute straight walk to the Boardwalk (kids did this nearly everyday), with great restaurants (Johnny's, Crow's Nest and Palomar) and coffee shop (Java Junction) within 5 minute walk. We only got in the car when we needed to get lots of groceries.
House is great - main level has big living room and great views. Kitchen is great and well-equipped (lots of pots, pans, dishes, glasses, as well as waffle iron, blender, etc.). Upper deck has a great gas BBQ and fire pit (gas is piped in, so you don't have to worry about filling tanks). Bedrooms are on lower level, and upper loft has a daybed that converts into two full twins. Showers had plenty of hot water and there are plenty of sheets, towels, paper goods, etc. around -- it feels like you are borrowing a friend's house, which is great.
Matt was great to work with, and the process was smooth. I hope to come back and stay here again.
To make it 5-stars? Master bath needs different shower and window curtains, and the carpeting needs to be replaced.
Tri level house great for entertaining, impressive construction and breathtaking views from almost every angle, every room, new hiking trails, new chase lounges, new 50 inch flat screens, one block to the best beach .
