Welcome to your warm, comfortable, fully furnished home in the heart of Queen Creek. Relax on the back patio with a glass of wine and some dinner from the gas grill, walk the friendly neighborhood and soak in the large bubbling spa. Or if a night out sounds appealing, several local restaurants with Southwest fare and shopping are within 5-10 minutes such as San Tan Flats or Serranos.
The home has a split floorplan with three bedrooms, two have comfortable queen size beds with ample dresser space for your belongings. The master bedroom and bathroom have a large walk in closet, double vanity, soaking tub and separate shower. The third bedroom is outfitted as a den with a convenient desk and wi-fi or router if you prefer to use ethernet cable to plug in. We recently installed a new washer and dryer for your use. Sheets and towels are there for you too!
Kitchen has all the necessities for eating in! Coffee pot, toaster, utensils, pots & pans, dishes, etc. Even wine glasses for a night staying in watching the 47' HD television with Blu-Ray player and internet apps including Netflix, Pandora, Vudu and more! The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and leads to a covered patio with barbeque grill.
You can conveniently park your car in the attached garage. A door opener is also available for your use. Upon arrival at your home away from home, a welcome book will be available with additional information about the home, location and maps for finding your way.
You can walk to many restaurants, shopping and parks. There are several shopping plazas nearby including a variety of other service providers (automotive, hardware, medical, dental, etc). Activities such as hiking or horseback riding in the San Tan Mountain Regional Park or several golf courses are within minutes of the home. Other fun spots within a few miles are the Olive Mill and Schnepf Farms with fresh foods.

We love this convenient location as its very close to the Phoenix Mesa Gateway Airport, very close to shopping and lots of restaurants, parks that are within walking distance. The neighborhood has desert landscaping which is appealing to us Midwesterners.

We stayed here for 8 days over Christmas and it was absolutely perfect for us. It was less than 5 minutes to walk to our daughter's house! It is also walking distance to several stores and restaurants (make sure you check out The Bistro within easy walking distance for coffee & breakfast in the AM and a great happy hour in the PM). As the other reviewers have mentioned; short drive to an outdoor mall with BB&B, Target, Kohl's, BevMo, etc., short drive to The Olive Mill (don't miss this), close to San Tan mountains for day hikes, and very close to the Mesa/Phoenix airport.
We have stayed at several VRBO's and I have to say, this was probably the best equipped of any of them. They have an excellent selection of kitchen utensils, appliances, pots/pans, etc. (if you like to cook like we do). We made a couple of huge meals for family and friends without much fuss at all.
The bed was comfortable, everything clean, and the property is very well maintained. You can see the pride that the owners have in their home away from home. As a result, I hate writing this review because it will probably make it harder to rent this again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in your lovely home. It is nicely decorated, clean, spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. It is located in a nice, quiet, family friendly neighborhood with a communal pool. It is close to shopping such as Super Walmart, Super Target and many restaurants. The Olive Mill and San Tan Flat Bar & Grill are close by and well worth a visit. We golfed a number of times at Las Colinas Golf Club which is only a 3 minute drive from the house. We enjoyed exploring the Queen Creek area as well as hiking and horseback riding in the nearby San Tan Regional Park. Stacy, the owner, was very prompt in answering any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this property.
We very much enjoyed our two month stay in your home. It is very nicely decorated, clean, and very comfortable. It is in a nice location and very close to shopping such as Super Walmart, Super Target and several restaurants. We especially enjoyed Serrano's and the close proximity to Olive Garden. Todd and Stacy and the local Property Manager, Janelle, were very easy to work with and answered all of our questions promptly. We enjoyed exploring the Queen Creek and San Tan Valley areas as well as the Usery Mountain Regional Park and the Desert Botanical Gardens. Would definitely recommend this property.
My husband & I spent a wonderful two weeks at this wonderful home over Christmas! The decor was beautifully done with care put into making it family friendly. We were able to have family members in the area over for Christmas dinner with plenty of space at the table for 8 adults & two grandchildren. The kitchen was furnished with everything we needed to prepare meals. We can't wait to stay there again!
The house was lovely it's in a great location to shops,resturants and easy access to Down town Chandler.and all the biking,hiking,walking,horsebackriding trails you could possibly want. Dissapointed it was booked already for next year we would have loved to come back again.
Close to the Equestrian Center, San Tan Mountain Regional Park, Founders Park, Olive Mill, Schnepf Farms, etc.
