Down and all around our building there are restaurants, pastry chefs in Cannes and two steps the rue d'Antibes with its lovely shops and all that is necessary for the daily (banks, money exchange, post office,railway station..)

We stayed in this apartment from September the 2nd to the 23rd

Very good location,very central perfect for urban style activities.Close to every point of interest in Cannes.Nicely renovated a long time ago and very agreeable Provencal type decoration.Fully equipped comfortable for 2 people only that are very close, when intimacy or promiscuity is not a problem.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of an old building(over 100 years old)NO ELEVATOR.68 stairs to climb to get to the apartment.

The toilet,separate from the bath room,is in the middle of the apartment,visible from every where.One can not hide.So small,29 by 32 inches,that even if you are not claustrophobic,for practical reasons there is no way you can close the door when you are in.I hope this is not a inconvenience for you.

2 persons can not successively take a shower.Not enough hot water.

There is no parking.The only way to park a car is to rent a space in a parking.About 35 euros per day or 120 euros per week.

Let me take some of your comments that you sent in different mails exchanged with you: You said : - Location: a great value, - Everything is there for comfort. - The provencal decoration of your apartment is very nice and frankly delicious. - I do enough praise your apartment to attract future tenants. - We would not hesitate even had the recommender has knowledge. But after reading your last comment on my page VRBO, you will understand that I must restore certain truths: - You can close the bathroom door even though we're actually a little cramped. (And I have no possibility to enlarge) also - these toilets are opposite the bathroom and completely away from living areas (ie dining room and living room) So there is no a priori intimacy problems. - Nowhere is not noted on my page VRBO there is a lift. I think you should have asked me the question about telling me your age and by letting me your health problems. I would have immediately report the lack of lift and I would have said that the apartment is on the 3rd floor. - There are two municipal parking lots (fee) within walking distance from the apartment and are listed on my page VRBO, In the heart of Cannes private car parks and elevators are rare. And of course the residents are not responsible for tariffs in car parks. - In terms of the shower, this summer we were four people in the apartment for 2 adults and 2 children and we had no problem with cold shower and hot water at will, from July 10 to 31 August date of our departure. You arrived two days later and have never reported any problem about it or my correspondent on site or to myself. Again I'm really surprised. . I think in fact there is a lot of inconsistency between about your emails and your last comments I know that everything can not be perfect, but I always did my best for the well being of my guests (see the comments of my previous tenants) But I hope you will keep good memories of your stay in Cannes and thank you for selecting my apartment

Had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment. The apartment is well appointed and very comfortable. The location is great - close to wonderful restaurants and coffee shops, not to mention fabulous shopping. Will definately be back.

Wonderful Location & Space!

We stayed at the apartment for a full week with a few people and had an amazing time. It's very close to the beaches and Palais. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. It would be great if the toilet room could be a little larger but it was not a big deal. Also, the wifi was very good. Lots of markets/grocery stores and cafes around the corner.

Would stay there again!

An enjoyable time to be had while staying at this lovely apartment. It's cute, comfy & cozy-- The perfect home away from home. The location is great, and so are the amenities. We we're in town for Mipcom, and we will definitely secure this rental again for next year; what a steal!

Very convenient, immaculate condition, well appointed and very comfortable for two business travelers. The owners have a lovely person taking care of our needs, speaks English and is very helpful. Woule highly recommend for either business and one of the conferences or as a tourist...close to evrything, one block orr the beach. we would definitely stay here again

Perfect Location and Very Charming

We loved staying here. The location could not be better. It was right in the center of town just a few minutes from the Palais. There are some great cafes and shopping just outside the apartment building. There is a dining room table where we ate our meals. Internet wifi worked well. This is a two bedroom apartment, but one of the bedrooms makes for a great den or reading room if you want. This apartment has that provincial French charm that we wanted while at the same time being in the center close to the beach, shopping, etc. We will stay here again.
