About Robin Skowera
Dan and I have been married for 42 years and are recently retired from working as physical therapists for 42 years. We have two children, both married and four beautiful grandchildren. We were both born in Western Massachusetts and continue to live there. We love to spend our time with family and friends and traveling the world.
Robin Skowera purchased this Cottage in 2005
Why Robin Skowera chose Summer Village
The Wells/Ogunquit area is so beautiful and so “New England.” We have been enjoying this area since 1981. The beaches are great and they are very family friendly. We are only approximately 45 minutes from Portland, ME and 20 minutes from Portsmouth, NH and 90 minutes from Boston which makes it a perfect home base for day trips.
What makes this Cottage unique
We are so comfortable in our cottage. It is bright and sunny with nice cross breezes with the windows open. I love sitting outside in the adirondack chairs with my morning coffee and with a glass of wine in the afternoon after the beach or pool. I have made sure I have all the comforts of home here so I can relax and enjoy my time. I prefer the Ogunquit Beach because at low tide there is so much beach to walk and there are small pools of water that warm up and are great for our grandchildren.

I have stayed at this property multiple times. It is very clean and the owner is great to deal with. The location is perfect for the southern Maine area. Lots of great things to do but you plenty of privacy in the gated community. Everyone is very friendly, strongly recommended for a family or a couples weekend away.
Great Cottage & Great Location
This was our first time staying at Summer Village. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this cottage. The cottage is bright & clean and has all the amenities that you will need. The village itself is very well maintained and offers pools, hot tub & a very nice playground for the kids. The main office area offers a nice lounge area along with a game room and fitness center. The owners of this unit were very responsive from the beginning to the end of our stay. Thank you so much!!
Very nice cottage
The owner was very helpfull and she made sure everything was allright with the cottage. It is well situated (not too far from the pool), well equiped and clean. I hope I will have the occasion to go back.
Loved this Cottage
Robin, thanks for all you did to arrange such a wonderful getaway for my little family. You certainly have an eye for color, with the walls and quilts all matching so nicely. My aunt especially loved the lobster trap coffee table. Her memory for some things is almost gone, but she could tell us lots of stories of living in Maine as a child when she saw that lobster trap. Your cottage was immaculate on our arrival, as you promised. Because we could only go to a restaurant for one meal (lobster, of course), everything we needed was in your kitchen for us to cook at home. And having the washer and dryer, including the soap and dryer sheets, made everything so convenient. I had one question for you the day after we arrived and you got right back to me when I left you a message. I hope to return to Maine again, to your cottage, of course. Thanks again.
My family has stayed at this cottage for the last 7 years and have always had a great experience here. The cottage is always neat and clean. It is in a great location within the complex itself, central to three pools, playground, arcade, and fitness center. The owners are great to deal with and very responsive. I highly recommend this cottage and location to everyone visiting Wells.
This cottage is nice, clean and had everything we needed. The pools are a short walk or trolley ride and we enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub everyday. This location is very convenient to getting to places and great restaurants in the area. We would stay here again.
