We manage this unit personally with a professional housekeeper and therefore you will find this unit to be clean and very well maintained, 100% guaranteed. This is a NON smoking unit, balcony included and regretfully pets are NOT allowed on the property.
SHORT STAYS are typically not cost effective due to operating costs, taxes, fees, dues and housekeeping logistics. During Summer months we typically require 5 - 7 day bookings, however, we are happy to consider shorter stays to fill gaps in the calendar.

... KING size memory foam bed ( New Jan 2018 ) with quality linens, ocean front unit conveniently located on the 8th floor away from the noise of elevators and vending machines. Includes a kitchenette with refrigerator, induction heat hot plate, microwave, slow-cooker, blender, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, plates, mugs and glasses, eating utensils.
Linens and bath towels are included but feel free to bring extra. Personal items and toiletries NOT included. ( Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are not provided )
LAUNDRY: There is a 24 / 7 coin operated laundry facility on the lower level opposite the convenience store. This has also just recently been renovated so no need to bring too much clothing!
SHOPPING & DINING: Many great restaurants & grocery stores including Fresh Market, a brand new Publix within a comfortable walking distance or very short drive.
Restaurant and Bar downstairs on the ground level. On the South corner of the property, River City Cafe for amazing burgers, a newly renovated Starbucks and right next door, Martin's Restaurant which we highly recommended for breakfast and wonderful dinners.
If you enjoy a quiet 10 - 12 minute minute walk, or 2 minute drive, Collectors Cafe on Highway 17 and 77th / 79th ave. for the BEST cake and coffee and fine evening dining. Liberty Tap Room on 77th for a Sports bar atmosphere with many great beers and an affordable menu! One of our favorites, another wonderful dining experience at Sea Captain's House, on 3002 N Ocean Blvd and many, many others within 5 - 10 minute drive from the resort and another one of our favorites for lunch or dinner is Cafe Old Vienna, Old world German restaurant located at 1604 N Kings Hwy, Myrtle Beach. This is a must!!
Also within a 10 minute drive North or South, The Boardwalk & Broadway on the beach. Tanger Outlet mall and many golf courses - ladies shop, gentleman golf ... everyone happy!
NOTE: We are a PRIVATE rental in the Sand Dunes Resort and are NOT part of, or affiliated with the Sand Dunes resort rental program, we therefore have limited access to the front desk and resort staff. You will not be required to check in on arrival, so after a long day in the car you will have immediate access to paradise! ** Regretfully Motorcycles & Trailers NOT permitted **
