Summerl, low season rates April through January. Owner has had this home for ten wonderful years! This condo has one of the most serene and breathtaking views of one of Scottsdale's rare lakes and surrounding mountains. I live here part time - so it is impeccably clean and very tastefully furnished. The master has extra firm and comfy queen size bed. REMODELED THROUGHOUT. Black Appliances in kitchen. Oversized lounging tub in master. Decorator lighting and two toned paint. There are 2 TV'. flat screen. There is a park next door which has walking paths, basketball, volleyball, tennis and playground.

My guests often remark on the excellent location as well. Your are moments away from everything, yet not located in busy Old Town.

You will only need to bring your toothbrush and clothing - everything else is provided. Maid service can be added for small charge.

Guest memebershop at excellent athletic club also available.

Patio overlloks incredible lake and mountain views. Sunrise and sunsets are amazing. Sit on patio and watch ducks and electric boats float past while you sip on your coffee or wine.

We spent March of 2013 in the condo. We fully expected to kick back and just enjoy the view and the sun, but decided that we liked it so much that we would go shopping. We found a unit for sale that we liked (almost as much), so we're now committed snowbirds. This unit will lose us as renters, but we should be easily replaced by someone else when they find out how nice it is. The place is just as nice as advertised, and we found the owner to be very responsive to our questions and any little problems that came up. Highly recommended!

Great place in a great location

We stayed for two months and WOW what a time we had. The condo has an excellent view of the lake and the mountains. We used the heated pool, hot tub and exercise facility almost daily, There is a park right across the parking lot that is good for dogs and also has lighted tennis, basketball, volleyball and baseball. It is close to hiking, bike trails, shopping and downtown Scottsdale. There is also stores and restaurants within walking distance. We made a lot of good friends there also and were invited for boat rides and parties. We will definitely want to stay there again.

Beautiful View, Beautiful Condo, Great Location in Scottsdale

The view from the back patio will have you outside every morning, every evening and probably in between. The condo is professionally & tastefully decorated. There's lots of natural light throughout with "blackout" shades in the master to let you sleep in. I found my time here to be relaxing and peaceful. Scottsdale Ranch Park next door is great --- it includes a regional tennis center, walk / bike trails around the lake, large open spaces, . . . . Location in this part of Scottsdale is excellent --- restaurants, nightlife, shopping, etc. are nearby. It's only about 5 minutes to Loop 101 which takes you anywhere in town.
