About Vacasa, OR - Central Oregon Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Great location, pretty good house.

  • 4 of 5

If you want to avoid the crowds in Sunriver, this is a good location. Close to trail systems and public land. The house itself is fine--mostly not renovated or updated. Most of the appliances are worn and have issues. One oddball feature is two large skylights directly above the master bed, so if you're the type that gets up at 4:30am while on vacation, this might be a good feature for you....overall it's a solid large house in a good location !

Amazing Vacation at a Beautiful Home!

  • 5 of 5

My family and I had a wonderful time at the home we stayed in. It was a cozy place with amazing views! The snow was so wonderful and the house stayed warm and cozy all the time! Beds were comfortable as well. We enjoyed our time at your home! We highly recommend this home to everyone especially for families and first time visitors to Oregon! My only regret is that we didn't make the trip a longer one.Thank you very much!!

Great Property - Could use a couple of upgrades

  • 4 of 5

Stayed here three nights in the middle of August. The staff was great and the property itself is great as well. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook in and the common areas are very nice. Master bath is very nice.

All the beds could use serious upgrades as they are very hard mattresses. For the price and "luxury" of the property, I expected higher quality mattresses and linens on the bed (very cheap) and more comfort. One of the couples in our party left a night early because they were so uncomfortable in their bed (queen size in upstairs bedroom) and I can't say that the king size in the master was much better. The two double bedrooms upstairs are very small and we dubbed them the "Harry Potter" bedrooms. The rooms were sufficient for our needs, one housed a single male and the other housed two small children, but it would get tight if there were two grown couples in each of those rooms.

Loved the SHARC passes and the Sunriver area. Overall, other than the complaint of the beds, we really enjoyed this property and would recommend. I felt it was a bit overpriced for the level of 'luxury,' but it was commiserate with other properties in the area.

Nice for the size of our family

  • 4 of 5

This property was great for the size of our group and our kids (two sets of couples and 3 kids). The other reviews that mention the smaller rooms on the second floor are dead on. We had kids between the ages of 7-10 so the smaller rooms were not an issue for us. If you had teenagers, it would be tight for two of the rooms. We came in August during a heatwave and definitely missed having AC in this house. We left the windows open at night and closed them around 9am to keep the temperature down during the day. The 2nd floor was a lot harder to cool off than the Master on the first floor. Bikes would have been a nice addition to the property, but we simply went to the village and rented the bikes there (they can be convinced to deliver them to you if you ask nicely).
