Beautifully landscaped and night lit

We cannot stress enough the convenience of the location. Short walk to Beach or Marina. Beach tends to be more private as single day beachgoers congregate between 20th and 30th streets. Having multiple restaurants with such great views and great food so close allows you to eat out as often as you'd like without making a commitment to gather, travel, and wait in line somewhere for dinner. Captain Morgan's has fantastic food in the dining area and serves a lunch menu upstairs all day in season in open air surrounding with great views in every direction. The General store is also a great timesaver. Dont want to eat up your first day of vacation shopping? Access to most of what you need at close hand. Shopping on Saturday/Sunday travel days is not a great experience when grocery stores and the connectors are crowded. Forgot a shirt or bathing suit? its there. Forgot sunscreen, sunglasses, or a hat to protect from sun? its there. Want something for the kids to play with? Its there. Want a breakfast or lunch sandwich? Its made fresh there. Milk, bread, cereal, juice, soda, chips, beer... all the staples right there. Need Gas? right there.

Paradise in Isle of Palms

We just booked our 4th visit to this great house in Isle of Palms. This will be the second time my whole family was here coming from all over the country. The owners were extremely helpful and informative as we planned our weeks activities. The layout of the house was perfect, able to keep all four families comfortable whether we all wanted to be in one space together or off by ourselves. The house is very large, well appointed and clean as well as convenient to the beach and marina. You also have the added benefit of a short drive to many local restaurants and downtown Charleston.

Great for our family reunion!

Perfect home for our family coming from 4 different states. The home was comfortable and met the needs of all our family from ages 3 to 65. The pool was very small but still a big hit with the kids. The media room was great for watching movies. Many bonuses in this house! Convenient location to the ocean, marina, shopping and downtown Charleston.

This is one of the nicest and well kept houses we have ever rented. From the hardwood floors, chef's kitchen and well appointed rooms it feels much more like a private home than a rental. Normally we feel the need to take knives, cooking utensils and sometimes even real glasses but this home has it all. Dual ovens, great range, two dishwashers. Both the master's are beautiful and the other bedrooms worked well for our kids who loved the media room. The location is great as its close to the marina for drinks and corn hole and about 100 yards to the beach. It's an easy walk to both. The owners checked on us and made sure everything was in order and as promised. When you visit, head to Sullivan's Isle for great restaurants but stay here.

Lovely Home and wonderful area!

This home is just as advertised and the area is wonderful. Close enough to the beach yet VERY quiet; shopping is close as well. The pool was a huge hit with the young children. Great for large families or multiple families, as was the case with our group. Many different entertainment areas so that, if you want or need, you can have some time to yourself. We had a small glitch upon arrival and Gloria solved it almost immediately. Special note: one of our group attended the tennis clinics at Wild Dunes which is just minutes away. Great choice on Isle of Palm.

WOW! Much Larger and Much Nicer than we expected!

Stay Here! The home is much larger and nicer than pictures could show! When we walked in it obvious that the owners love their home and take care of it. There were no signs of abuse. It was spotless! Kevin and Gloria were great to work with! They paid attention to every detail. The beds are comfortable and made with very good quality bedding. My wife was very pleased to find the kitchen FULLY stocked with good quality utensils. We really enjoyed the pool and both the main level and second level porches. It also has a nice sun deck on the roof that is not shown on the vrbo posting! Everything was bigger and nicer than we expected! I only wish we could have stayed longer!
