Located in Solano Vallejo Villas, this townhouse is situated right on the Moab Golf Course, 50 feet from the putting green of the third hole on the back nine, with views of the golf course and the red rocks of the Moab Rim. Relax and BBQ on the patio, enjoy a dip in the pool, or walk out the door and up the road along the golf course past a rock art panel and into the nearby fins which puts you on the rim and access to Mill Creek Canyon.  We are 4 miles south of town on the EAST side of the valley in a quiet residential neighborhood that is very different from everything near the noisy, commercial, highway corridor on the WEST side of the valley.

Two upstairs bedrooms, a suite with a Queen bed, fireplace and spacious seating area for reading or watching TV, and a second bedroom with two twin beds. There is also a pull out sofa bed in the living room. In addition to central air conditioning all bedrooms have overhead fans.

Non-Smoking. Pets ARE allowed, but we are assiduously clean, so leave them in the garage when no one's there.

For larger groups or family gatherings, this unit is a perfect fit with the three bedroom end unit just two doors away (#196480).

Very comfortable stay...nice cozy house

We had a very nice stay.House was comfortable....beds were had everything one may need for making breakfast.We had awesome weather and a great visit to Arches national park. I recommend the house for anyone looking for a comfortable house...nothing fancy...but very nice.Owners were easy to communicate with.

Very nice house in a nice area

It's a spacious nice house in an upscale, quiet area. The house backs up against a golf course. This is my first time staying in a house with a central AC system. We save a lot of money by cooking almost all of our meals here. We find restaurants in Moab kind of expensive - $12 for a paste dish for example. The owners noted what the "good" grocery store is in their information packet. There is a decent outdoor pool in the complex.

The owners don't use the VBRO pay system, but it worked out OK in the end for me.

Great Stay

The owners were great to work with, and understanding about our boys playing around the property when neighbors called and complained. We appreciated that the owner was kind when he called to inform us, and we did not have any more incidents the rest of the stay (that we know about). Generally was able to use the kitchen with the available utensils/pots/pans, but the knives were in pretty bad condition. I'd recommend bringing your own chef knife if you're planning on doing a lot of cooking. A really comfortable stay and I recommend working with these owners, their communication before the trip was detailed and planning went smoothly.

Great Place!

This condo was really nice. The back yard was the golf course instead of looking into some else's back yard, house or condo. That was a great advantage. The master bedroom is very large & has a nice sitting area. The bathroom connects the 2 bedrooms, which was also very nice. Also a full bathroom is downstairs which was convenient so you didn't have to go upstairs. The kitchen was fully furnished & had a washer & dryer also. The beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!
